Located just 5 minutes from the mouth of Weber Canyon, you are a scenic 20-minute drive from Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, and Nordic Valley. Enjoy seamless access to year-round outdoor recreation, including lake sports, hiking, golfing, and fishing. Plus, downtown shopping, dining, and nightlife are only minutes away.

Inside, the fully furnished home features high-end finishes, including vaulted ceilings, bay windows, updated cabinetry, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Relax by the indoor fireplace or step out onto the private, fully fenced backyard patio to enjoy the beautiful views, gas firepit, and barbecue grill. "This is the second winter we have rented this beautiful home for three months. After staying here once, we knew this would be our go-to spot for skiing Snowbasin. The house is perfectly located between town amenities and the mountains—a short 20-minute morning drive with a beautiful sunrise.

If winter roads are rough, there is a convenient park-and-ride ski bus nearby. The location gets very little snow in town but plenty up on the mountain. The fully fenced backyard was perfect for our dog, and the trails around the hospital are great for walks. The house has everything you need, and the owners, Tracy and Jay, are incredibly attentive. We highly recommend this home to anyone visiting the Ogden area, especially skiers!"

Great house. Perfect for our family this week during thanksgiving. Kitchen was stocked well and I was able to do all of the Thanksgiving prep I needed. Comfortable beds. Great location

This is a beautiful home located on a quiet street. The home had everything we needed, including a large pantry closet to store food and other essentials for our extended stay. The backyard was absolutely perfect. We enjoyed the fire pit on those cool evenings during our stay. Tracy was so easy to work with, super helpful and friendly. Will definitely stay again next time we are in the area.

Great home base for skiing

We had a wonderful stay. The place was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. After a full day skiing, it was nice to just kick back and relax there. I'd definitely come back.

Near Weber State

Great house for Weber State functions. We stayed here for graduation and loved the proximity to the college. The backyard was fantastic for socializing with family during our stay. Tracy was a gracious host and met all our needs.

Wonderful Family Getaway

The family sisters really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house was cozy yet roomy and just as described. Communication with Tracy was a breeze and we appreciated her recommendations for activities in the area, with great restaurants and attractions nearby. One reason we booked was because of the fun backyard firepit for outdoor gathering.

Great hosts and house!!!

The hosts were cordial and accommodating. The house was so clean and perfect for our needs. My granddaughter left her sweet souvenir and hosts were kind enough to help us get it returned. Highly recommend !!!!

Jay and I said 'I DO!' in 2010, and began the rest of our adventure together with our combined 7 children, and their respective spouses and children. We now have 5 grandchildren. I couldn't bring myself to sell the house that I raised my children in for the previous 9 years, nor would they let me! So we chose to share our home with others who would delight in all that our area has to offer. We especially love the outdoors and take advantage of the skiing, hiking, snowshoeing, snowmobiling, 4-wheeling and (my personal favorite) waterskiing! We know that we are truly blessed to live in such a diverse climate and geographical area. Such a variety of activities await! Southern Utah has some of the most beautiful scenery anywhere. Slot canyons are a must see. The Wind Rivers and Hawaii backpacking have been a pleasure to check off our 'bucket list', and we just returned from Mt. Everest Base Camp! Jay and I also appreciate good food, wine, beer and coffees. We have some personal favorites in the area and ask ourselves, 'Why would we need to go to Salt Lake City when we have so much here?!'

I especially love the view from this property. A view of the city from the front, and a view of the mountain from the back. The wooded area in the backyard gives an additional sense of privacy and coziness. The close proximity to shopping, food, golf, streams and mountains makes this property perfect for just about anything we want to do!

I fell in love with this home when I saw the secluded backyard with the"secret garden" and view of the mountains. I quickly added a back patio with gas firepit that seals the deal! I just can't get enough of the great Utah outdoor opportunities and feel so fortunate to be so close to so many amenities! Utah is truly a blessed place to be.
