One mile to Lagoon amusement park, fast access to the best Utah ski resorts, Cherry Hill water park is just up the road. Incredible large yard with mature trees. Experience Main Street USA while having access to the best Utah has to offer!

Everything was so adorable and well kept! It transported you back in time, but without losing the convenience of modern amenities! The host responded quickly to all of my questions and were very nice to communicate with. I would highly recommend this place and I look forward to staying there again, sometime in the future.

We enjoyed the stay.The house was exactly what we thought it would be.It was pretty cool with all the history That the home has and town it is in . my family enjoyed it , especially my 11-year-old son, it's in a beautiful Area with lots to do and see I had planned the trip with my elderly mother in mind that is partially handicap worried if she would have trouble walking in out of the house I was so happy she was able enter and exit the house with no issue my family enjoyed the big yard as well it was perfect and shady we spent are evenings sitting out side relaxing and looking for fresh berries that grow on the property I will for sure look to come back again to this rental when i come back on trip to Utah

Dale was a welcoming host and very responsive to our needs. We enjoyed our cozy and charming stay in this historic home. The neighborhood is wonderful with some great walking options. Be sure to check out Caffe Torino within walking distance for breakfast.

Great Place To Stay

We only stayed one night but really liked the house. Was close enough to the airport and was reasonably priced. The host is great and provided everything we needed.

We had a great time and enjoyed our stay! The house was very clean and priced just right. It was a peaceful, relaxing stay, just what we needed. It was fun learning about the history of the home and the Farmington area. We would recommend this home to anyone. Thanks so much!!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and super cozy! Host was very attentive responding immediately to our messages ( but also respectful of our space) I highly recomend this house. My family will be returning for sure. The place was well stocked with everything we could need including board gamed for us to play. The property is beautiful and has such a diverse and interesting array of plants. There is so much history here. I really loved the beautiful watercolor paintings everywhere! We enjoyed spending time here as much as we enjoyed the purpose of our visit. Located in a nice neighborhood, we all felt very safe and comfortable here.
