Our stay was wonderful. Everything was as pictured, if not better. This location is prime with little kids. A 3 minute walk to the beach, restaurants are extremely close and they provided bikes for us to get around. It was perfect

Family Getaway

Spacious and well-equipped 2 bedroom in a great location! Just steps away from the beach, restaurants, and shops. We were able to enjoy coffee on the side deck in the mornings and cocktails on the roof deck in the evenings. The bedrooms were comfortable for us, but the upstairs (king) room tended to be a little bit warm. Also, be prepared to climb stairs with your luggage and groceries, etc. We knew that going in, but my mom was a bit out of breath by the time we got up to the penthouse. We appreciated having the reserved parking place in back and plenty of room to relax inside on the rainy day that we had during our visit. Would definitely recommend!

Property is very nice and the location is wonderful - close to restaurants and shops. This is a Penthouse unit - no elevator you have to carry suitcases up 2 flights of stairs. The description should be clear that there is no elevator and you have to carry your suitcases up 2 flights of stairs or an outside staircase with a spiral staircase to get into unit. It's not easy for people that are not very mobile or older.Positives - Easy walk to restaurants and beach. You will hear some celebrating and people having a good time as the Penthouse sits above restaurants and activities on the main street - but it was fun watching people.

Great trip

It was a great getaway for my husband and I. Great location , downtown Rosemary! All the night lofe below! We could eat out on the street, just like in Italy everyday! We even watched a wedding from our balcony. Thank you for the accomadations.

Everything about the Crown Penthouse was fabulous! The location, the decor, the amenities, the weather, everything. I did have a little trouble with the master bedroom fan, not working, but management did replace it and bring by a standup fan to use in the meantime. We didn't mind that the penthouse is on the third floor, and the only access is stairs, because we all need a little more exercise than we get!

Be sure to pack light!

We didn’t realize there were no elevators so we had to lug lots of luggage up a spiral staircase or around the block and up the front stairs through the crowds eating at the restaurants. Other than that we loved the property! We loved both porches! We would stay again. (But we’d pack light)

Perfect spot in Rosemary Beach

The condo was wonderful and the location was perfect. Near the beach, two wonderful decks, lots of restaurants literally right under the condo. It is across the street from the Pearl. It really is the perfect location to experience Rosemary Beach. The one problem is there is a king in the master which is great, but the second bedroom has a double which is really small. There is a single bed in the corner of the main room, but that is odd. We had 3 adults so it was perfect, but be aware if you have two couples one is going to have a really small bed.

Thank you for staying. BR #2 is a true queen bed with queen linens and comforter. The built-in bunk under the stairs is a twin bed in a cozy nook that can serve as a day bed to watch TV or sleep in. Please visit us again soon!

Prime Location

Great time and a great location. The ID cards were not working at the pools, but others were accommodating and held the door for us. Parking is somewhat challenging; it doesn't mention that the parking spot also serves as a back door to the restaurants, who ask you not to block it. Also, the back entrance is accessible only by walking through the second-floor balcony (which belongs to a different condo).

Thank you for staying. Clarifying your review for future guests. The pool gates had intermittent issues that the HOA was aware of. We offered 3 times to check your pool cards but didn't receive a response. The restaurant simply asks us not to park too far forward where they can't open their door - this is a normal length reserved parking space. The 2nd floor back patio is a 'common area' shared by the two condos. Each condo has its own private front balcony as shown in the photos. Thank you.
