30a Beach Properties presents our newly renovated contemporary beach suite. The stunning Gulf View overlooking the Western Green is impressively matched by the ultra-modern interiors. The kitchen features Sub-Zero and European kitchen brands. Brand New all marble bathroom just completed for 2025. Comfortable seating with a big screen TV to relax. Sights and sounds from this Main Street setting in the heart of the Rosemary Beach village. Large front and rear balconies with all new furniture offer several areas to relax and take in the Gulf air. A wonderfully sophisticated vacation awaits at the Antigua Blue!

We provide passes to access all 4 Rosemary Beach Community pools, and any of the 9 Beach Walkovers

All towels, bed linens, blankets, comforters, and pillow/mattress protectors are professionally laundered for every new reservation!

One of our favorite places we’ve stayed on 30A! Rosemary Beach holds so many special family memories for us. Antigua Blue was the perfect location and condo for a Mother Daughter Trip. Everything about it!! Excellent views, pristine clean, beautifully decorated, and perfect location.

The location is fabulous. The house was clean. But- The noise from the alleyway in the mornings is A LOT!. Very loud around 5 AM for a trash pick up. And, For what we paid per night we were disappointed in the shampoo and conditioner situation, and a single roll of toilet paper is a bit silly for a weeklong stay. Well, these things were mentioned in the packet we received prior to check-in, we’ve stayed at several rentalProperties and felt for the cost this one was lacking some basic amenities.

Thanks for staying. It’s a great location and remodel - one of a kind in Rosemary Beach. Regarding price, we are close in cost to a small Pearl Hotel room with no gulf view. Regarding amenities, our online welcome guide lists what to expect upon check in. The 2nd TP is in the sink cabinet. The front Main Street corridor is a hub for families going to beach / eating, but being around cafes will bring delivery vehicles in back.

Admittedly, I’m late with a review. However, this property and service deserves some time. The pictures and reviews don’t do it full justice. It’s stellar. Don’t hesitate to book it if you’re making an inquiry into such a prestige stay. It offers multiple venues between the inside living room and kitchen as well as the Main Street porch and the private veranda on the back. Also, dual stair access offers access and egress convenience from any direction. Porch views northerly setup prime spot for nighttime street action and people watching whereas gazing south features the town green square activities and the overwatch of the emerald coast water color way. All of Rosemary is easily and readily reachable from this executive stay unit. Plus, you’re right across from The Pearl amenities available to the public. The management and communications were timely and informative. Be the envy of the street, stay here!

Wonderful stay---location is absolutely perfect. Great accommodations. Loved sitting on the balcony--stunning views of the beach as well as Main Street. Food and dining within walking distance, there is no need for driving. We will definitely return.

Spring break get away

I can’t think of a better location. It was a beautiful condo and my daughters and I ooo’d and aahh’d when we arrived. It was a quick and easy walk to all the best restaurants and beach. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!
