Located directly across the street from the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico, this large 2 bedroom, 2 bath, 2nd floor unit has been renovated throughout! These renovations include new kitchen cabinets, quartz counter tops, smooth top range, new master bath with walk in shower, new guest bath with soaking tub, new vanities and quartz sink tops. Flooring throughout the unit and on the lanai has been replaced. A new HVAC system was also installed. Renovations were just completed in December 2021
This turn-key unit includes a fully equipped kitchen, breakfast bar with both a Keurig and a coffee maker, dining area, a screened lanai, and washer and dryer. There is wireless internet access and a 60 inch Smart TV in the living room. The master suite includes a queen size bed and bureau, large walk-in closet, full private bath with walk in shower, and a 42 inch TV. The second bedroom has both a new queen bed and twin bed, a large closet, and 42 inch TV. Runaway Bay has the largest heated pool on the island, a fishing pier with bay access, exercise room and sauna, lighted tennis, picjleball, and shuffleboard courts, and charcoal grills. Enjoy beautiful sunsets, great restaurants and shopping areas. A free trolley can take you anywhere on Anna Maria Island. We both grew up in New Jersey and moved to Pennsylvania shortly after the birth of our son in 1992. My wife recently retired after 33 years and for the past 20 years, I have been the Executive Director of a private non-profit organization working with low income individuals and families. Our son recently graduated from Lafayette College and is employed full time.

We vacationed several times on Anna Maria Island and loved the beautiful beach, pristine gulf, and delicious restaurants right on the beach. We chose to purchase this unit at Runaway Bay because we stayed here ourselves and loved being close to the beach and away from the hustle bustle of other beach communities we have visited in the past.

We loved this condo because it is close to the beach, pool and tennis courts. The resort is well maintained and everyone we have met are extremely friendly and helpful. It's just a short distance to the supermarket, boutique shops, and restaurants, and if you don't have a vehicle, the free trolley can take you anywhere on the island.
