Depart and return ski in ski out! with direct access to ski lifts (3-valley ski area, Courchevel 1650, Petit Moriond)

In the area of Ariondaz 3/5 minutes walk (or 1mn shuttle) from shops, the ESF, ski passes, daycare, equipment rental.

Mountain and valley view, very quiet, sunny, not overlooked.

The 45m2 apartment is equipped with a ski locker and plenty of storage.

4th floor (raised) with elevator.

The kitchen includes all modern equipment: hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Nespresso coffee machine, blender, raclette machine.

The apartment has:
- a bedroom equipped with two 90 cm beds joined together (i.e. 1.8m / 2m (new quality bedding)

- a new sofa bed (with extremely comfortable mattress) in the living room

- a 90 / 200cm single bed in the living room

- a bathroom with WC and double sink

- a tv with home video dvd player and usb player

- balcony with two sun loungers

WiFi access on the ground floor. Table tennis, table football available in the building.

Free parking at the bottom of the building.

Heerlijk appartement op prima locatie

Een appartement waar de eigenaar duidelijk ook met liefde verblijft: het is knus en compleet ingericht. De keuken heeft echt alles: oven, magnetron, Nespresso, waterkoker, staafmixer, koffiezetapparaat, broodrooster, afwasmachine, en alle potten/pannen die je nodig hebt. Er staat zelfs een wasmachine in de badkamer. In tegenstelling tot de advertentie is er maar één badkamer (geen losse toilet) en LET OP: is er geen WiFi in het appartement. Wij hebben heerlijk in het zonnetje ontbeten op het balkon. Helaas is daar in de middag geen zon. Het uitzicht is daar leuk op de piste (Cepes). Het appartement is goed geïsoleerd. Behalve dat je de bovenburen de wc hoort doortrekken, hebben we geen geluiden om ons heen gehoord. Prima tweepersoons bed. Er zijn geen gordijnen maar rolluiken, dus is het lekker donker. Het dorpje en de supermarkt zijn een paar honderd meter verderop, prima te lopen. Ski in, ski out. Echt een heerlijke plek dus om te verblijven! Een aanvulling op de informatie die je bang de eigenaar krijgt na het boeken: Het complex is een beetje een doolhof en toen wij er waren werd er nog druk gerenoveerd. Het bestaat uit meerdere torens. Het appartement bevindt zich in Belvue 2 toren. Het makkelijkste is op het bovendek parkeren; volg na de parkeerplaats aan de rechterkant van de weg, tegenover de bushalte (ook aan je rechterkant) en direct na de vuilcontainers (aan de linkerkant) de oprit omhoog aan de linkerkant van de weg. Daar bevindt zich het kantoor waar je de sleutel kan ophalen en de ingang naar de skilockers waar je de lift kunt pakken naar de 6e verdieping. Het zijn de lockers aan de rechterkant als je de toren in loopt (links ga je naar Belvue 1). Als je de lockers voorbij loopt, loop je weer naar buiten waar je (bij genoeg sneeuw) naar de lift Petit Moriond kan glijden. Na een afdaling kom je dan uit bij de gondel Ariondaz die je direct naar het skigebied les trois Vallées brengt. Via de piste Cepes kun je aan het einde van de dag naar het appartement skiën.

Half term skiing

We had a great stay in Deborah's apartment, ideally located in the Arondiaz complex, with ski in / ski out, it was a nice size for our family of 4 (2 adults, 2 teenage boys). The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were comfortable and water was hot! Only downside was lack of wifi, which with teenage boys was an issue in the evenings!

We will definitely return!

We were surprised at the size of the property. reading some reviews, we found it was actually larger than we expected. After staying in other apartments, we already knew that space is a luxury in any ski resort. The views of the valley are beautiful out of the kitchen/diner and there is a lovely Mountain View from the bedroom. The area is peaceful and local amenities within easy walking distance. We visited a local bar, Fahrenheit restaurant, supermarket and bakery during our stay, all very suitable for our needs. All of the furniture and equipment is great quality and the beds were very comfortable. Plenty of storage in the property and good ski in/ski out from the ski lockers. We found parking was easy, as there were plenty of spaces when we visited. Excellent apartment and very enjoyable stay, thank you so much to the host!

Lovely apartment, great location for skiing and social (although nice and quiet)

Great spacious apartment, well kitted out for cooking and cleaning, comfortable beds. The snow didn’t allow us to ski in ski out, but it would if the weather hasn’t been abnormally warm! Local town is good for social and just a short walk away. Actual apartment block is very quiet. 10/10!

Ski in ski out with wonderful views

We had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous apartment! There were only two of us so we had plenty of space. The views from the large windows in both the bedroom and lounge are fantastic . You can ski in and out or get the free shuttle bus into town. The bus stop is very close. Do bear in mind that you need to bring your own bed linen and towels and to clean the apartment before you leave. We loved it and are looking forward to going back! Both Deborah and her husband were so nice and kind to us after our flight was delayed .What lovely people .

Logement parfait une semaine de ski

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Même les jours de très mauvais temps, nous avons profité d'un logement spatiaux et lumineux très bien aménagé et calme. En plus, les contacts avec la propriétaire ont été faciles et efficaces.

Superbe emplacement

Appartement idéalement situé, au 4ème étage d’un immeuble avec accès très facile aux pistes. Étant situé en bout de couloir, il y a de très belles vues sur la forêt et la vallée. Cosy, très bien équipé, literie confortable, calme, bien chauffé , propre, avec commerce à 500 m à pied. Le seul bémol est l’absence de wi-fi dans l’appartement alors que c’est indiqué dans l’annonce (accessible au rdc de l’immeuble uniquement)

Appartement très agréable au pied des pistes

Appartement très agréable et confortable au pied des pistes, avec de belles vues sur la montagne. Cuisine pratique et bien équipée. Tout était parfaitement propre à notre arrivée. Les informations reçues avant notre arrivée étaient précises et claires. Petit bémol pour la TV capricieuse dont l'emplacement n'est pas optimal. Quelques luminaires supplémentaires (ou plus puissants) seraient également bienvenus, l'appartement est plutôt sombre une fois la nuit tombée.

Cosy and tidy.

The communication with the appartment manager was absolutelly smooth. The place very tidy and comfortable. I wish I would not have to take care of cleaning and bedding.

Fantastic apartment with everything you need, clean, tidy and on the slopes!

The apartment is perfect for a week away. Although small it has been well planned. Spotlessly clean, kitchen very well equipped, beds comfy and a washing machine too. Storage for ski gear in locker in basement. Ski in and out although a red slope to get back as toboggan run means the blue cannot be used currently (Feb 19). Loved it we will be back

Très agréable séjour

Superbe appartement

Très bel appartement. Impeccable à notre arrivée. La chambre principale offre une très belle vue sur la montagne. La pièce à vivre, délicatement décorée, conviviale et offrant tout le confort attendu vous ferons vivre un séjour des plus agréable. D’autant que les pistes sont directement accessibles. En résumé, une très belle prestation dont nous avons profité pleinement.

TRES BIEN !!!

Tout est conforme à l'annonce, la propriétaire est très agréable, sympathique et très arrangeante; on ne peut pas en dire autant de la gardienne de l'immeuble qui n'est pas du tout le contraire....... L'appartement est clair, propre, au pieds des pistes, et très proche des commerces. Vacances réussies, a recommencer !!!

l'appartement parfait

appartement corespondant parfaitement à la description et aux phostos. Spacieux, neuf, bien équipé. Excellente literie. Situtaion idéale pour le ski (permet de monter sur les pistes en évitant les oeufs) . 5 à 10 minutes des commerces avec une bonne grimpette au retour si on est chargé. Attention accès wifi dans une salle au RC de la résidence et non dans l'appartement. Propriétaire réactive et accomodante.
