We were extremely impressed with this host and property; both exceeded our expectations. The location itself is phenomenal - very central to just about everything, including excellent places to eat, and only about a 20 minute drive to the beach. The house was gorgeous with plenty of room, very clean, comfortable and tons of thoughtful amenities included. We had a couple of questions during our stay and the host was VERY quick with responses as well. Having a dedicated off-street parking space was super helpful, as finding on-street parking would have been challenging. There's really not one thing we would have changed and we'll absolutely stay here again.

Central location for a fun filled week in San Diego! You could walk or bike to the zoo and or Balboa Park and save on parking! We hit up a new beach each day as it was less than 20 minutes from all top beaches (most less than 15). The house was clean and spacious and while we didn’t take advantage as much as we should have, the yard was beautiful. Having assigned parking was very helpful as well. We enjoyed our stay immensely.

Wonderful property in a great location. We are a family of four with a dog and stayed in this house very comfortably. It’s 15 minutes from anywhere you would want to be in San Diego.

Great Property, Great Neighborhood, Near the San Diego Zoo

We thoroughly enjoyed the family vacation in San Diego, and this VRBO property was clean, accessible, close to great restaurants and the zoo. Our host guided us through the easy check-in access to the property and made our stay very comfortable and enjoyable. We highly recommend this property.

Good times in San Diego!

Ricardo's place was fantastic. Location was super convenient. Walking distance to Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Trader Joes and tons of great restaurants. The space was clean and the outdoor space was lovely for chilling out. Easy trips downtown to Petco Park, La Joilla, Old Town and Mission Beach. We had good times in San Diego!

Spacious and thoughtful

We loved our stay in this historic and walkable neighborhood. The yard is everything. The home is quite possibly the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed - hotels included. Cozy and well equipped. The hot tub was the best part!

Great location close to Balboa Park and downtown. House had a very nice ambience; we had a nice time relaxing there in-between outings. Kitchen was fully equipped.. beds were comfortable and TV was huge! I highly recommend.

Amazing Stay - Highly Recommend!

My husband and I stayed for a little over a week. The home was absolutely beautiful both inside and out. It was both in the center of everything and felt like a private oasis. Everything was in immaculate condition and very clean. The property manager/owner was very friendly and responsive. Can’t beat the location. I could not recommend this place enough and can’t wait to come back!

Birthday Getaway with Wife, Son, DIL and Grandson

This is a very nice two bath/bedroom house with large kitchen and living room, that is close to most main attractions and restaurants in San Diego! Plus, the outside area makes it even better with a private, tropical yard with a dining area and jacuzzi. I will book this again!

Lovely Villa

Beautifully maintained villa. Stunning outdoors area with lush landscaping with fabulous spa and total privacy. Huge kitchen and cozy living room with fireplace.Large master bedroom and comfy bed. Perfect spit for my husband and I and our dog.

Perfect rental! Everything I expected it to be and more!! Loved the quiet residential neighborhood. The outside area was beautiful and peaceful. A perfect way to relax after a day out in San Diego. The house was super clean and tidy with amenities like bottled water, laundry detergent, beach gear, towels, espresso, etc. to name a few. I would definitely recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heart beat! Mahalo for the memories!
