Great location and loved the unit!

Our family celebrated my wife’s 40th anniversary in this unit and had a spectacular time. The location could not have been better and our family loved biking, paddle boarding, eating, and amusement parking! Would love to do it again in the future. The unit was perfect for our famiy of 4.

LIVED UP TO HOPES

Location… location… location. Just far enough to still be quiet but close enough to walk to Belmont. We didn’t use our vehicle the entire stay. Place was immaculate and the bay front patio was the cherry on top. Would recommend to anyone and everyone. Will for sure stay again

This property has fabulous views of Mission Bay and is 15 minute walk to Mission Beach at Beaumont park roller coaster and amusement park. Draft restaurant was walkable and had great food and service

Wonderful experience

We enjoyed our time at Good Vibes only. The convenience to the beach and to alot of the sites we wanted to see was especially nice. Tooraj was very easy to communicate with.

Safe, clean, fun

I enjoyed staying here. Great safe location close enough to walk to restaurants, coffee and the ocean. Everything was in working order. Some minor things the plates were really well used and could use some updating, some stemmed wine glasses made of glass would be nice and the hot water was on a short timer (went cold after an about 4 minutes).

Clean, updated, and great location

My husband and I along with our Portuguese Water Dog spent 4 nights at the property. The view was amazing and it was very quiet at night. It was also a great location for walking to restaurants and the beach. Interior was clean, updated, and well appointed. The owner was easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again.

Delightful Weekend

A quick getaway weekend with my daughter in law and two dogs. Only good vibes in this place. Very peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need within a few steps all with great views. Recommend 10 out of 10 stars!

Staycation

This was a staycation for us and we absolutely loved it! The place was clean and chic. The kitchen was fully stocked and there was everything you need to enjoy the bay. This part of the bay is very calm so perfect for kids. Definitely looking forward to returning!

Perfect location

Nice quiet beachfront location on the Bay. Tooraj, the owner, was very prompt in responding to communication. The property was in a prime spot. The pricing of the original quote I recieved increased a few days before we were set to arrive. with nno explanation. "Extra bed" fees appeared and disappeared and reappeared under "host fees". We never requested an extra bed.

Great Stay!

We really enjoyed our time at this lovely place. Location was amazing, so nice to be right on the calm bay where its easy for little ones to play in the sand. We will definitely be back, and plan to stay for a longer period of time. Highly recommend.

Good Vibes Only

Good Vibes Only is the perfect description of Tooraj's place. We had everything we needed and more. Loved the record player addition and having access to the paddle board. Would definitely stay again next time we are in San Diego!

Our get away in San Diego

This place is perfect for two couples, its located near all the Amenities and although its small it has a homie feel. The location is quiet with water front just outside your door. The Camera outback is a little much as you don't feel like you can have conversations with privacy but I totally understand that as an owner this helps to secure your home from anyone trespassing or stealing. The Home owner gave me all the information I needed in advance and he certainly take good care of this little cottage setting on the beach. I would rent here again and would recommend a family of four or a two couples to this location.
