YOU WILL BE STAYING IN A COZY TWO STORY 4 BEDROOM 2 BATHROOM COTTAGE. THERE IS A FULL WORKING KITCHEN, INCLUDING A CHARMING ANTIQUE GAS STOVE. OPEN FRONT AND BACK PORCHES, AS WELL AS SCREENED IN SIDE PORCH. PIER WITH BENCH SEATING. FABULOUS SECOND FLOOR LIBRARY OVERLOOKING LAKE. BEAUTIFUL VIEW OF SUNSETS NIGHTLY! 'NOTE' MANY STAIRS THROUGHOUT PROPERTY FOR THOSE WITH SPECIAL NEEDS. SORRY NO PETS, NO SMOKING. NO ACCESS TO GARAGE OR BOATHOUSE.

Summer getaway

Came for a short get away. Very charming house and neighborhood. Lake gets a bit green but still able to enjoy swimming and fishing off the dock. Very close to a nice town with groceries, fishing supplies and church. Would definitely recommend

Perfect get away.

Loved it. Kids had a great time. Parents enjoyed seeing the kids experience some normal in 2020. The lake home was immaculate with every amenity. Truly everything we imagined our family vacation would be. Thank you for opening up your home. With sincere gratitude, thank you.

Beautiful home, beautiful views!

We had a great stay at Kate's home and were very impressed with the cleanliness of the property. The lake views and sunsets were stunning. We were hoping for more of a beach, but got accustomed to using the dock to jump right in. We really enjoyed our time on Lake Winneconne!

Property, amenities and owner were all wonderful. Swim shoes are a must, otherwise clean, clear water.

Beautiful home in a great location

My family had a wonderful holiday in the beautiful home. The house had everything we needed and more! The lake, sunsets and the town are also delightful. Highly recommend this place for a nice getaway.

This property is lovely. Our family had a perfectly wonderful time at this property.

This house was lovely, as is the property owner who was very quick to answer questions and communitcate with me. I would highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful lake place to rent. Our family spent 5 nights there and just returned home. We spent most of our days in the lake, on the dock or on the wonderful porch overlooking the lake. It was wonderful!

Just Great

We stayed here for almost two weeks. this is NOT a cottage on a lake .... it is a beautiful home. It has everything, including a boat lift which is necessary when the wind blows. there is no extra charge for the beautiful sunsets - which you will see almost every night. The location of this home is ideal for boating - going up the river to Fremont or down the river to Oshkosh. Maybe the most important feature is the owner - a very gracious lady who was very accommodating to our changes. We highly recommend this home.

Loved it

This is a wonderful home from anyone wanting to be on the water, stay in an exceptionally decorated yet comfortable home and just ready for some peace and beauty. Coffee in the morning on the dock and boat slip was heaven. Just a short drive to great restaurants and activities. We will absolutely be back. Thank you for sharing your little slice of heaven, Kate.

Felt like Home

My family and I rented this home for our boating vacation and it was everything we expected, if not more. For boat lovers, the boat slip made taking our boat out several times a day quick and easy. The kitchen was fully equipped, high quality towels/linens and a floor plan that gave both families plenty of privacy. The home was beautifully decorated and yet very relaxing. Everyone we met during our stay was very friendly and helpful. Thank you Kate, you have a beautiful home.

Beautiful and Relaxing

What a beautiful property with scenic views of the lake and it's gorgeous sunsets. We had our three boys with us and they enjoyed the water and fishing. We paddle boarded most of the days and enjoyed the surrounding area. The lake house is gorgeous and the owner has done a great job of making it feel special. We rented a pontoon boat for a half day which was a blast.
