RECENTLY RENOVATED! You will love this adorable cottage, with it's own private boat landing, suitable for most boats. You will truly love the tranquil feel of this home! The cottage was built in the 1950's and the charm shows throughout! This cottage sleeps 6 people comfortably with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The primary bedroom has a king bed, cable tv and dvd player. The secondary bedroom has 2 twin beds, and cable TV. The living room has a pull out sofa, cable tv and a dvd player. The kitchen is well appointed with all creature comforts, such as microwave, coffee machine and all dishes and cookware. The original features in the cottage, truly make it feel like home! The home is stocked with board games, cornhole and outdoor chairs, to truly spend quality time together! Outside, you will love the huge deck with spectacular views of your own cove. Put your boat in the private landing and leave it there during your entire trip! An outdoor charcoal grill is available for your convenience, as well as a fire pit to gather around after a long day on the lake!

Family fishing trip

Perfect lake house that was very pretty and excellent location. We loved staying here. The kids loved that games and fished in the canal behind the house. Great neighborhood and location

Very cozy

My husband and I had a great, quiet trip here! We got to fish, kayak, and make s’mores by the fire. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond. We would definitely like to come here again if we’re able to!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood.

Our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. The cottage is beautiful! The biggest disappointment was that the water level wasn't high enough to actually use the boat launch that is on the property.

Great cabin vacation

We had a great vacation. The kids fished. They saw young alligators and actually caught a turtle. We freed it, of course,. We did day trips to the beach, the water park and Cypress Gardens. I already want to go back.

Nice little house

Decent little house, quiet neighborhood, plenty of cooking utensils, some things need upgraded, the "cable tv" only seemed to have 1 channel (we couldn't watch the local news), a washer and dryer would be a nice addition (they would came in handy during our stay)

Wedding Weekend

Stayed while in town for a family wedding and it was more than we hoped for. Our best vrbo experience. House was extremely clean. Any questions we had were answered quickly…even the ones about good restaurants. Thank you for everything! We loved it.

Great Break at the Lake

Lovely charming lake house, small and quaint. Well supplied, very comfortable beds and furniture. Family loved the deck and the easy access to the lake. We had a great time, wish the weather would have cooperated earlier in the week, but it is what it is. Would definitely come back and recommend to others. Owner was responsive and helpful!

Beautiful setting

Located on a canal, there was a constant display of the wild kingdom with all kinds of birds, frogs, fish and alligators. Just a short paddle away is the most beautiful swamp and little bay one could wish for, with an osprey desk in easy view. The cabin was lovely and the box of Breyers Ice Cream couldn't have been a random event, thanks for a wonderful time.

Just Wonderful

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed our stay the location speaks for itself the neighbors were all great and very friendly, the house lacks absolutely nothing grab your early morning coffee and relax at the table by the canal or on the extra large deck. Owners communication was excellant, I highly recommend this to anyone who wants to have a positive expierence. Andrew.

We only live 20 minutes away but the ability to meet your family for a weekend boating trip, in just a short time, is such a great feeling! We've enjoyed many long weekends and weeks at this home with family and friends.

The moment we walked into the home we felt at peace and we both agreed we were able to breathe a little easier. The home is comfortable enough to feel like you are at home! We've truly tried to make the home feel as cozy as possible with a "no muss, no fuss" policy. We've found life long friends on the lake and love to see them every weekend that the sun is out!

This home had the unique benefit of being on a personal cove, with a boat landing and dock. This is so hard to come by! When we pulled out of the cove for the first time, it felt like we'd owned the home our whole lives!
