Welcome to Fitzsimmons Walk one of the best deluxe Westcoast Alpine Contemporary properties in Whistler. Situated just north of Whistler Village and adjacent to the Fitzsimmons Creek this property offers guests an incredibly spacious 3 level townhome featuring 4 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms.

The ground level of this townhome has a private double car garage, spacious foyer entrance with in-suite laundry, and a large closet. A custom media room welcomes guests to enjoy movies and entertainment on the large sectional sofa with a workspace area. Off the media room is the 4th bedroom with a queen bed and access to a shared ensuite bathroom. Outside is an exquisite seating area with outdoor gas fireplace and private hot tub.

Up the stairs to the main living level featuring the professional kitchen with top-of-the-line stainless steel appliances, a built-in espresso machine, and island seating overlooking a sunk-in living room centered on a wood-burning fireplace. Expanded outdoor living is enjoyed year-round on the covered balcony with a built-in BBQ. Adjacent to the kitchen is the large spacious dining room next to a powder room and an entryway.

The third or top level of this home features the other three bedrooms. The master bedroom suite offers a large walk-in closet, a private balcony with mountain views, and a spacious ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom displays a double vanity, glass-enclosed shower, and soaker tub with a see-through gas fireplace. The second bedroom on this level has 2 twin beds which can be converted into a king bed upon request. The third bedroom has a double bed. A shared full bathroom with shower/tub combo completes this top-level with expansive vaulted ceilings.

LOCATION
The Fitzsimmons Walk complex is located just north of the main Whistler Village, and adjacent to the complex, across Highway 99, is Nesters Market shopping center where guests can enjoy the conveniences of the full grocery store and pharmacy, a Mexican restaurant, a sushi restaurant, a liquor store, a coffee shop, and other retail outlets.
Driving: The drive into the village is less than 2 minutes.
Walking: approximately a 5-7 minute walk to the north end of the village stroll and an additional 5-7 minute walk to the base of the mountain or less than a 2-minute drive.
Public Transit: There is a public bus stop is located just a 5 minute walk away. The bus comes every 30 minutes and is a 7 minute ride to the village (approximately $2.50 per ride).
Taxi / Rideshare: Taxi service is also available throughout Whistler.

AGE REQUIREMENT
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

NO SUBLETTING
Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

CHECK-IN INFORMATION
To ensure the safety of our guests and the property, all reservations go through a verification process. You will be asked to sign a rental agreement, provide a copy of your official government-issued ID, and provide a valid credit card for the security deposit of $1,500 CAD. The security deposit is a hold on your credit card 2 days prior to check-in.
We cannot provide access to the unit until this process is completed. Upon booking, you will receive an email with the next steps.

Great location and fantastic layout.

The unit was perfect for our group. It's a very short drive to the ski hill. Plenty of room for our group of seven. Definitely would stay there again!

Gorgeous, Modern Home a short drive from village!

We loved this property. Plenty of space, very modern and CLEAN. Well worth the price. Beds were so comfortable, amenities were outstanding and details were top notch. Would love to stay again!

Perfect!

My friends and I absolutely loved this home! There was enough space for a group of 8 ladies to have a little privacy and gather together for games & meals. The kitchen, hot tub, and amount of bathrooms, etc were perfect. Also, the proximity to the village was very walkable. And the parking situation was easy. We’ll definitely be back next year.

A beautiful condo to stay with your family!

Loved staying here. There were 8 of us and it did not feel cramped. There was a lot of space and well organized layout. Beds were comfortable and everything else was great. Hot tub a big plus !! Would stay here again for sure

Great place!

The space is absolutely gorgeous! Fireplaces everywhere, big bright windows, new working appliances. Even though you're close to the village feels like youre in the forest. Walking distance to grocery, liquor and shopping. Had a great time!

Great location, super clean

Our stay was wonderful. The property was very clean, well stocked and organized. Very roomie for 8 people. That hot tub was a nice bonus and the location is great, walking distance to village. Thank you for such a wonderful weekend.

Spacious and well-designed

Eight of us, including two young children, enjoyed this wonderful townhouse over the weekend. We appreciated that it was well equipped for cooking as we did a lot of that! Loved having a hot tub, lots of bathrooms and king-sized beds! A great family getaway!

Great property for our family

This condo was great for our family of 5 adults - lots of room and well laid out. We particularly appreciated the underground garage for storing our wet bikes. The outside gas fireplace gave the hot tub a warm ambiance and the location right next to the valley trail system was perfect!

Excellent stay

Very comfortable and well-appointed townhouse with everything you need for those recovery days between hitting the slopes. Kitchen was a standout, with built-in espresso machine and broad array of kitchen utensils, gas ranges and wide counters. Parking pass to the Westin garage was super useful for both ski days and village visits, and the walking trail to the village was pleasant and quick.

Lovely Family getaway

Great property for a family getaway. My wife and I took our four children (ages; mid-teens thru mid-twenties) plus two friends and we all had a marvelous time, despite the "locals" grumbling about the "worst snow conditions since 1971" we found Whistler to be great.

A Great Choice.

This was a great choice of homes for our Whistler vacation. It was beautiful, well appointed and very clean. Great parking which included a parking pass at The Westin for easy access to skiing. Only cautions are the steps. It is a townhouse with lots of steps. If steps not an issue, it is a great place. Also not walkable to slopes with equipment. 2 min car ride and free parking at The Westin made it very easy.
