WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved the property, the location was the best, and the property owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a place to kick back in the pool or hot tub and a short 2 min walk to the beach this is it.

Great location, house just ok

The location of the house is great. We love the north end of the island. The house was just ok. The photos don't really do it justice. The remodeling job was not great to begin with and there is a decent amount of wear and tear. Paint needs to be touched up. Several damaged doors. One bathroom door does not latch or lock, a bedroom door is almost impossible to close. The yard / landscaping is not being well maintained. On a positive note, the AC works great, there is plenty of room for parking, great beach access, and the house does have potential. It just needs some work.

Out stay was wonderful. Comfy beds, great pool and hot tub! Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood close to everything you could ever need! Highly recommend!

Mehh... is about all i can say

To start my trip the owner called me and told me my name sounded like a single man going to his house with a bunch of single friends to party for the 3 day(what relevance that had with anything). Then proceed to tell me about the ac and how it could only be set around 74-76°. After arriving to the house with my family, we notice multiple issuses with things, floor was fility, bugs stuck to the wall that was caked with grease from the microwave, kitchen over head light cover with dead bugs, the wall by the drink making sation had fility all over it(especially for just being cleaned hrs before we arrived. Toilet in the one bathroom rocked so much, the ladies in the party didnt feel comfortable using it, in the same bathroom the faucet wasnt even secured to the countertop, and the bathmats and handtowel all were stained and disgusting. Both airfilters had more fur on them then bigfoot, After reaching out to the owner with problems, he tried to make it seem the items at hand werent much to worry about, he proceeded to set up a time with property management to have the items addressed, but we didnt want to wait around all day for someone to reclean a house that was supposed to already have been cleaned before arrival. The property management and cleaner's of this unit are well below avaerage for the money spent, as well as the owner Mark who seems to not be able to take any constructive criticism about his property and the state it was in when we arrived.

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Old Florida Charm

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. For those of you wanting a modern fancy beach house, this is an old Floridian style home like the beach houses in Key West. All you need. The comfort scored big! Close to bean point too!

The pool was supposed to be heated. It was repaired and became heated on Wednesday of the week. We lost 3-1/2 days. My children and grandchildren were extremely disappointed as was I. In addition to the pool, the man that repaired the pool, stood on the side of the house and PEED. My grandson was extremely upset. The owner said that it was no big deal. The owner reimbursed me $250, which I considered an insult. Needless to say, I will not EVER consider this site again. I was extremely disappointed. I expected at least half of the money I paid for the 3-1/2 days of pool time we lost. So far the owner has paid back $150

Great little beach house in a super location as stated

We had a fantastic stay at Anna Maria Island. All was as described - the beds were super comfortable. The TV’s and remotes were all messed up..but the owner was responsive after we did what we could to correct the situation - batteries, match up remotes, etc. he even brought a new TV so we could stream on that and TV on the other main TV. The one bummer was the construction next door made it not that pleasant to hang by the pool - but not really anything that can be anticipated or controlled. I also let Mark know that the second fridge had been unplugged and not usable or clean. Lots of room to put clothes and hang things up was a plus also. There were many things we could walk to and my friends and I enjoyed that! Rod and Reel had good food!

Great Vacation Property

House was spacious, plenty of room for larger families! Beds was comfy! House was clean, owner very nice to work with! House super close to beach and so many other cute shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay here! Looking forward to coming back!

Perfect walk to the sunset each night

Property was in a perfect location to walk to the rod and reel pier and sunsets every night on bean point. Couple issues with the pool, and I only mention this because the owner took care of the issue while we were at breakfast so it did not affect our time. Overall we would rent again.

Beat our Expectations

Though a few of the previous reviews gave me a bit of hesitation, there was no need to worry. This is a lovely house with everything we needed including a fantastic pool, two separate family hang-out spaces, close beach access, and close proximity to the Bay Blvd/Pine Ave shops and restaurants…you could even walk to them if you don’t mind a few-minute walk. Mark was a great host and communication with him was a breeze. We loved our stay and hated to leave. Planning to return the next time we head to AMI.

Amazing Beach house

Flew in on a Tuesday and stayed for 8 days! Love the flexability on the booking schedule. When we arrived the house was clean and equiped with basic needs to start out the week! Beach and pool toys were provided! A.c worked great, beds were comfy, pool temp great, hot tub worked great as well! Overall an amaxing trip with a short walk to the beautiful beach! Highly reccomend and will be staying again!

So disappointing, not what was described online.

The property was not what we expected from the description online. The owner was difficult to deal with. I’ve used VRBO for family vacations in Anna Maria for over ten years and have never experienced anything like this. I am extremely disappointed.

Location can’t be beat

We are north island lovers, and this place checked all of those boxes. 2 minute walk to bean point, 1 minute walk to rod and reel pier. This isn’t a flashy place, it’s a place to relax and enjoy the old charm of Florida the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the 2 minor issues we had were met with quick responses.
