This four bedroom house - boasts 3 king bedrooms, one queen and a pull out couch-. Large heated pool w/sun shelf- large hot tub spa. TWIN FAMILY ROOMS, perfect for spreading the families out, washer & dryer, outdoor grill- all this is just steps from the northern most point on Anna Maria Island.

Fabulous location!

Our family had a wonderful time here for spring break. The pool was especially nice because the wading area was perfect for our 2 year old to play with water toys. And we had a very short walk to the beach at Bean Point, which was lovely. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen was supplied with everything we needed. We rented an electric golf cart, which was easily charged at the outdoor outlet. Also, we appreciated the pack and play, the beach wagon, beach chairs, and pool toys. Everything we needed for a wonderful stay.

WONDERFUL!!

Amazing time. Wonderful set up, CLEAN, GREAT pool and hot tub. Great host to communicate with as well. 3 min walk to the beach. Sand toys plenty of pool towels and linens. Very accommodating, would recommend anyone to stay here!

We loved the property, the location was the best, and the property owner was fantastic! If you’re looking for a place to kick back in the pool or hot tub and a short 2 min walk to the beach this is it.

Out stay was wonderful. Comfy beds, great pool and hot tub! Location was excellent, quiet neighborhood close to everything you could ever need! Highly recommend!

Great get away

Great Vacation Property

House was spacious, plenty of room for larger families! Beds was comfy! House was clean, owner very nice to work with! House super close to beach and so many other cute shops and restaurants! We really enjoyed our stay here! Looking forward to coming back!

Great vacation rental

Perfect location and very clean home

We throughly enjoyed staying at this property. It was probably the cleanest home we have stayed in. The location was just a block away from a gorgeous beach where we enjoyed seeing manatees and dolphins. After spending time at the beach, we were able to relax in the pool, cook on the grill, and relax in one of the two living spaces. We would definitely stay here again.

Old Florida Charm

Easy checkin. Even an early checkin. Comfy beds. Cold a/c. Stainless appliances. Cool pool. Lots of outdoor space. Everything clean. For those of you wanting a modern fancy beach house, this is an old Floridian style home like the beach houses in Key West. All you need. The comfort scored big! Close to bean point too!

Location can’t be beat

We are north island lovers, and this place checked all of those boxes. 2 minute walk to bean point, 1 minute walk to rod and reel pier. This isn’t a flashy place, it’s a place to relax and enjoy the old charm of Florida the pool and hot tub were wonderful, and the 2 minor issues we had were met with quick responses.

excellent; clean, spacious and a great location. The pool was large and the hot tub worked fine. The two family rooms were a good idea and would have been perfect for a multi generational family.

Perfect walk to the sunset each night

Property was in a perfect location to walk to the rod and reel pier and sunsets every night on bean point. Couple issues with the pool, and I only mention this because the owner took care of the issue while we were at breakfast so it did not affect our time. Overall we would rent again.

Everything right here

The house had everything needed for a comfortable stay including beach chairs and wagon. It's located within easy walking distance to Bean Point which offers clear, calm water and amazing 180 degree sunsets. The pool and hot tub right out the back door are now a "must have" for our family anywhere we stay. We would definitely come back here again!

Amazing Beach house

Flew in on a Tuesday and stayed for 8 days! Love the flexability on the booking schedule. When we arrived the house was clean and equiped with basic needs to start out the week! Beach and pool toys were provided! A.c worked great, beds were comfy, pool temp great, hot tub worked great as well! Overall an amaxing trip with a short walk to the beautiful beach! Highly reccomend and will be staying again!

A sweet beach house

This is a roomy and comfortable property in a great area walking distance from the beach. Very well stocked kitchen. Great pool with plenty of towels. A few things to note: you are going to have to buy everything-even things that you would expect to be provided like hand soap and toilet paper. It’s not really convenient to go to buy these things either. The listing says that check out is at 10:30 but the manual in the house says 10:00 with no exceptions.

Beat our Expectations

Though a few of the previous reviews gave me a bit of hesitation, there was no need to worry. This is a lovely house with everything we needed including a fantastic pool, two separate family hang-out spaces, close beach access, and close proximity to the Bay Blvd/Pine Ave shops and restaurants…you could even walk to them if you don’t mind a few-minute walk. Mark was a great host and communication with him was a breeze. We loved our stay and hated to leave. Planning to return the next time we head to AMI.
