Lovely cosy home in a beautiful location

We loved staying in this house, there was lots of room for everyone and it felt like home. The view across the valley when the weather was clear was incredible. The location was quiet but only five minutes down to the town. Would definitely stay here again.

Great house & host

The house is modern and well equipped. Perfect for a large group. The location is very quiet, with a beautiful view. Also the communication with the host (thanks Alison :-)) was flawless. We would love to come back!

Excellent property with good number of bedrooms well suited to families. 1 double bedroom upstairs1 double and 3 twin rooms (one of which could accommodate 4 with pull out truckle beds) downstairs.Sizeable, well equipped kitchen, living room and kids games/TV room.Alison was easy to contact, responsive and a great hostess.

Just Magic!

Superb! Amazing location with overwhelming views. Just 10 min. by car to Bohinj Lake (paradise). The house is perfect with all necessary equipment. Easy contact with owner. I will not hesitate to repeat again if going back to this amazing country.

We had a fantastic holiday. It is a wonderful house and very good value for money. The management of the let was kindly and efficiently done, and everything was made easy for us. (Thank you.)The bedrooms were all comfortable and exactly as advertised. The bathrooms were immaculate. The living space was huge, light and airy; the kitchen was fully equipped and the laundry room was perfect. The house itself enjoys an amazing prospect. The Triglav mountains look terrific from anywhere really but when you can look at them from the dining space window or from one of the two balconies, it is an incredible experience. There is no interruption to a splendid view. The road up from the small town Bistrice is narrow, steep and twisty. But that makes it even more exciting when you emerge at the top on to the alps and the area where the house is to be found. The village itself has excellent restaurants, supermarkets, a church and a museum (and more, including a station and bus-stops). Footpaths lead away directly from the house into the forest and on to the mountainsides. Other walks nearby include the walk around Lake Bohinj, which has many delights. We caught the train from Lesce-Bled to visit Ljubljana midweek. Stress-free and good.We had a lovely time throughout and are very grateful to have had the opportunity to stay here.

A full immersion in a charming natural environment

The house is perfect for a big group: plenty of space inside and in front of the house, a fully equipped kitchen, a huge lounge with a marvellous view of the Triglav. The village with the main shops is at 5 minutes by car. In Bohiniska Bistrica at the tourist information you can also buy detailed maps of the paths, some starting from the house, and the parking pass (strongly recommended). We loved swimming and rowing into the two lakes, the charming Bled jezero and the untamed Bohinij jezero, walking around them and in the Mostlica gorges, where the wood protected us during some hot days. To reach Bled and avoid traffic you can leave the car in the free parking slot near the railway station and go there by train in 20 minutes. We won't forget also the totally silent and starry nights!

Una estancia perfecta

El alojamiento es tal y como pone el anuncio, está en una zona muy tranquila y a cinco minutos del pueblo para poder realizar las compras necesarias. Cerca de bled y demás destinos atractivos de Eslovenia y a una hora de ljubjana.

Logement très agréable , vue de la salle à manger magnifique. Équipement au complet , chambres spacieuses et propres . Le sauna est un atout supplémentaire . La correspondance avec l’hôte très réactive , professionnelle. Wir haben mit 10 Personen eine tolle Woche in diesem geräumigen Haus mit traumhaftem Bergblick genossen. Die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und der große Garten lädt zum Verweilen ein. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war einwandfrei. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das Haus ist wunderschön, sehr sorgfältig eingerichtet und die Lage ist echt traumhaft ruhig, gleichzeitig aber nah genug am Dorf für alles, was man braucht. Wir waren zu 12 und selbst mit so vielen war das Haus sehr komfortabel.

Das Haus hat eine super Lage mit einem atemberaubenden Ausblick - fernab vom Trubel in den Hot Spots. Es ist groß und geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Check-in und Check-out waren problemlos. Gefehlt haben uns Insektengitter und Verdunklungsrollos und ein paar Haken hier und da in den Bädern wären noch toll gewesen. Im Sommer ist es oben sehr warm und unten schön kühl.Es war insgesamt ein super Urlaub. Wir empfehlen das Haus.

Gîte plus spacieux que les photos ne le laissait présager très bonne surprise. Bien équipé (équipement varié et en nombre). Bémol: le manque de tenture occultante....les voiles et stores fin blanc laissaient passer trop de clarté réveil au lever du soleil sans le port de masque nuit. Environnement très calme et reposant.

Modernes Chalet in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren zu 8. für eine Woche in diesem Chalet. Es ist sehr modern eingerichtet und wir haben den Kamin und die Sauna im Winter genossen. Die Fußbodenheizung hatte ein paar kleine Tücken, aber die Verwalterin Alison hat sich gekümmert und hatte eine Lösung. Die Kommunikation mit Alison grundsätzlich war hervorragend! Daher für alles!

Großes geräumiges Haus in traumhafter Lage

Das Haus eignet sich perfekt für größere Gruppen und alle, die Natur und Ruhe zu schätzen wissen. Das Haus liegt etwas abseits in den Bergen über Bohinjska Bistrica. Während im Tal der Tourismus tobte, konnten wir rund um das Haus die Abgeschiedenheit genießen. Die beliebten Ausflugsziele liegen dennoch alle in kurzer Autoreichweite. Das Haus war sauber, ordentlich und verfügte über so ziemlich alles, was man braucht. Wirklich vermisst haben wir lediglich bequeme Stühle oder Liegen für den Garten. Dann hätten wir den Triglav-Blick noch mehr genießen können. Außerdem wären Verdunklungsrollos für die Schlafzimmer super gewesen. Die Verwalterin Alison war sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wenn sich die Gelegenheit bietet, kommen wir sehr gern wieder.

Wonderful stay

The place is a mountain chalet in a beautiful, quiet landscape. We stayed there with only 6 people but the space would be enough for 12 for sure. The kitchen is well equipped and the communication/check-in and -out were wonderful. Thank you
