Post Christmas beach Vacay

The unit was very comfortable with a great view. Had everything we needed. Great kitchen, beach chairs, cooler ,etc. We really enjoyed our stay. Check in process was a bit confusing and detracted from the experience. Also you have to wear wrist bands the entire time which was annoying. All in all would definitely come back.

Fun Relaxing trip

We stayed at this property the weekend after Thanksgiving, the host was very easy to interact with and the condo had everything we needed, including sand chairs and cooler. I would recommend to others!

You can find better

This is one of those places that looks good if you squint and tilt your head. At first glance it seems like a nice place, and the listing makes it out to be nice. However, the place is old and not well kept, you get a view of the ocean but the conveniently crop out the huge eye sore parking garage that is smack in the middle, the elevator attendant is very, very rude and after you book the place they send you a literal manual of instructions on the 10 step process to just get into the place and THEN tell you that you must additionally purchase a $30 key fob (heads up it will say $20 on the check in instructions) to even get anywhere in the building. Lastly, the bed is genuinely terrible to sleep in. They don’t even invest in sheets that fit it. Do yourself a favor and just spend an extra 50 bucks/night and go somewhere nicer that doesn’t try and catfish you into booking.

Great location and gorgeous condo

We loved our 3 day stay, the condo isn’t new by any means but is very nice and the view is gorgeous. Location was perfect for us. Loved the workout room as well as pool and beach! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful View

This one bedroom condo boasts beautiful views of both the ocean and the pool, we spent our mornings on the balcony enjoying the sunrise. A perfect place to rest and relax.

Beach week

We stayed for a week. The condo had everything we needed. We enjoyed the waterfront views. Elevators required patience.

Miami stay

The view was stunning and the amenities were great. However the apt was a bit outdated and the bedroom ceiling had some mold. The check in/checkout process was not very convenient. We had to walk to another building to do so and it was a bit of a wait. They take cash only for specific things and credit card only for others so make sure you have both. Parking is additional and you must pay for 7 days there is no daily rate.

We loved the view, location, and ameneties here. My only little hiccup was nicer chairs for the deck because we spent so much time out there. Would stay here again!

My Miami stay

The apartment was very nice and owner was very helpful. We had a problem with the TV when we got there and we called the owner maintenance man Anibal and came right away and still could not get it to work so the owner told him to go buy other one we were so thankful. The only critique is they charge you a 100.00 to park your car in their parking lot. They advertise valet parking, but you park your own car.

His on-site manager is excellent. Any time that we had a question or concern, either the property owner or his on-site manager responded. This made it a very personalized experience

The view of the ocean from the balcony and the couch was amazing. Condo very beautiful and well furnished. Loved having beach stuff (chairs, umbrella, cooler) available for use. Pool was great too. Super easy to get around. Great stay. Thanks.

Awesome View nice apartment

Check in process is a bit difficult. Need to go to next door building to check in. Parking was 75$ for 4 days. The building calls it Vallet parking and all of the parking spaces are marked as Vallet however you must park/retrieve your own vehicle. Do not expect Vallet parking.

As Described, Very Nice

We enjoyed our stay! The apartment is clean and well maintained. The view of the ocean and pool from this unit is beautiful. The kitchen is well stocked with dishes, utensils, cookware, as well as some essentials - coffee, cooking oil, sugar, and other items. The apartment is decorated tastefully. It looks exactly as the pictures in the listing. Although there was a problem with the shower, Javier was quick to respond and send a crew to fix the issue. We hope to come back!

Dolphin Time

We came to Hollywood Florida to see the last game of the season. Dolphins VS Bills. Enjoyed our stay in this Condo. Beautiful view of the ocean. Enjoyed the sun rise every morning. Home had all we needed. Clean and comfortable. Nice shop in the lobby for snacks and sandwiches. The street was busy but could not hear it from the condo. We would have liked being slightly more north near Hollywood beach but it was not a impossible walk. Was also able to walk to Walmart for supplies. I would stay here again in the future.
