LOOK NO FURTHER. THIS SPACIOUS (900 sq. ft), BEAUTIFULLY UPDATED CONDO has everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation. With it's modern furnishings, this unique "Art Deco" Bldg. , Est. 1941. The house is very PRIVATE and tucked in the back for a nice peaceful stay. Impact windows and exterior security, also offer added peace of mind, and quietness.
A true "old
Florida" experience. The house is perfect for two people who want there own room, or just the right size for a small family.
We can also accommodate 2 couples.
UPSTAIRS with it's original wood floors, are the two bedrooms with new beds. 1 king bed and 1 queen bed. Each room has it's own dedicated air conditioners for the best white noise , and yes, they are super cold. PLUS Hi Def TVs in each of the bedrooms, USB ports with plugs for all your devices.
On my beds, ALWAYS fresh pressed 100% cotton sheets and quilts, (always a fresh quilt with every single new guest), Goose Down Pillows ( no foam), Plenty of plush cotton towels, big beach towels, even blankets for those cozy evenings.
DOWNSTAIRS is your open concept living space with a perfect size Chefs Kitchen with full size stainless appliances and everything you need to prepare breakfast and small meals. Even a fully stocked pantry with spices and basic needs.
PRIME LOCATION in the heart of the broadwalk. It is right between Margaritaville and the Marriott. each are a 5 min. walk.
DIRECT OCEAN ACCESS. No High Rise, No streets to cross, No hallways, No elevators, No long walks to get to the beach.
This private guesthouse is as close as you can get, to the beach and it comes with with your own private closet (not shared), filled with beach chairs, umbrellas, toys, boogie boards, football, frisbee, noodles, and more.
The guesthouse also comes with an OUTSIDE HOT AND COLD SHOWER to rinse , bath, or wash your hair (shampoo & soap provided).

Added safety features include an external camera facing your parking spot, as well as a video doorbell so you can easily see who's at your door by viewing the panel inside the home.

Brenda could not have provided a better beach experience! Everything that you can imagine for a beach vacation, she supplied. Her accommodations were impeccable, comfortable beds, sufficient towels, condiments, toiletries, even 2 beach cruiser bikes! The Wi-Fi was better than in my own home! That’s a first! We had the most relaxing wonderful stay and highly recommended you book with Brenda!

The home was perfect for our stay -- plenty of space, extremely well supplied, and very comfortable. We really appreciated the location directly on the Broadwalk, all of the beach supplies, the parking spot, and the excellent communication with our host! Would definitely stay again!

This place was great,we really enjoyed it was private and still just steps from the beach and boardwalk. We had a pair of bikes, which made getting around very easy. The hosts Brenda and Jake are really nice people, couldn't ask for a whole lot more.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The location is amazing, right on the beach and a veey quick walk from great restaurants, bars, and tourist shops. The owners are excellent communicators and very kind people. Thank you for the excellent food recommendations! The place was very cute, very clean, and parking was right next to the unit. This is an excellent place to stay and we would/will definitely stay again.

Brenda’s place is perfectly situated steps from the beach. It is well stocked with everything one needs. We even found candles and a happy birthday sign that we used to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The best part of the space is the outdoor shower and the closet filled with beach gear. We had a great time.

Such a great little place. Perfect for our family of 4! Super close to the beach. Beach chairs and closet of beach supplies were a major bonus. Nice outside shower and literally just steps from the ocean! Awesome location-easy walk to good restaurants! Brenda was lovely to work with!!!

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back again. The location is fantasti c just steps from the beach and within walking distance of great restaurants, bars, and clubs.The service was excellent. Brenda was incredibly helpful, providing great recommendations for places to eat. She was always quick to respond and made sure we had everything we needed.The property is fully equipped for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The kitchen was well stocked with everything needed to prepare meals, and there were thoughtful extras such as bicycles, beach chairs, umbrellas, and toys for the kids.Overall, this is a perfect place for a beach getaway. The combination of the amazing location, excellent amenities, and outstanding hospitality made our trip memorable. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

We (once again) thoroughly enjoyed our stay. It was our 3rd time staying here. Brenda (the owner) is very friendly and responsive. The condo is clean and well-provisioned. It's great to arrive and have all the necessities to enjoy the beach, eat well, and hang out. Easy access to a clean beach. A five minute walk down the boardwalk to restaurants. Super close to FLL. Highly recommend. Hope to return.

Great location, great host

We're throughly impressed with this property and host. Hard to beat the location on the beach, with access walking access to great shopping and eating. Would certainly stay again!

What a great all-in-one place to stay!

Everything I could think of while we were there, Brenda already thought of it and had everything prepared. It was super awesome and I'm excited to go back again!

Great place to stay!
