Lahaina Shores may still provide a quiet, relaxing stay in the near future.

In case you missed the international news coverage . . . Lahaina had a major fire. We will rebuild the town. Please come to be a part of it!

Our resort is still standing and from the outside appears undamaged. We have had no information as yet of any problems. We await an inspection. Feel free to book with me if you want to maintain a future date. Once you have booked we can communicate by phone. I intend to do business as normal as soon as possible. The town full of shops and galleries may be gone but we still have a beautiful beach and grounds. Ka’anapali is less than 10 minutes away. It has plenty of shops and restaurants. We have 2 shopping centers with groceries 3 minutes away from us. We are an oasis amid a disaster.

Watch the sun rise over the mountains while enjoying coffee on your private lanai. Or, you can leave the blinds open when you go to sleep and watch the sunrise from bed. It’s all good in laid back Maui.

Having a full kitchen makes cooking meals at home easy and will save the vacation budget, but there are also numerous great restaurants a short drive away.

Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has seven floors. You can check with the Maui Tax Assessor all of the studio condos at Lahaina Shores are exactly the same size from the 2nd to 6th floor unless they are on the very corners of the building. The north corner studios actually are smaller but have two balconies. The south corner units are 1 bedroom. The 6th floor has the higher ceilings so they appear roomier. The configurations inside also may make the units appear different. Check out the photos carefully to determine what will work best for you.

After a day of fun activities you can relax on the manicured grounds near the pool and watch the sun set over the ocean. (Bring a fruity drink in a plastic glass) The beach is literally right at the edge of the property in case you prefer to sit on the sand. Don't forget to pick up steak, fresh fish, kebobs, or veggie burger for the BBQ grill!

Credit card washers and dryers are available on each floor. This is a non-smoking resort. The front desk staff is very helpful.

Until February 2015 this unit was managed and maintained by Classic Resorts. The current rate for this studio will be significantly lower now than the hotel rental pool, but be aware daily maid service is not provided. If you have a third person or child contact me before requesting a reservation.

I chose this unit to purchase mainly because of the top floor advantage. I love the mountain view, breezes, and the high ceilings. I have replaced all of the cookware and utensils. I replaced the carpet, cabinets, counter tops, and refrigerator in Fall of 2018. I am unable to have an ice maker or dishwasher at this time. This unit has not been remodeled due to COVID losses. The bathroom is reminiscent of 1974 (old) but clean and the tile was regrouted in August 2022. The mattress is replaced on the same schedule as the hotel. I want my guests to be comfortable and able to enjoy Maui to the fullest. I send out a packet of information from my personal email. I welcome any feedback you may have for me.

Rates vary by date - please check the rates section. (Rate is based on 2 guests.) Inquire for your dates and please check my calendar for availability. Currently this unit is considered "dated". When I remodel the rates will increase substantially. So catch this bargain while you can!
(Due to COVID and Maui Fire closures this unit will not be remodeled for a while now!)

Hi my name is Rochelle. I was born and raised in Tacoma, WA. I went to high school in that cool castle from the movie 'Ten things I hate about you.' My mother was a Polynesian Hawaiian blend. She was born in a village in the cut of the mountains just south of Lahaina in 1919. Sadly she passed in 2017 at the age of 96. She has been returned to the island she loved. I am intent on returning to the land of my ancestors. I hope to spend many of my retirement years on the island. I can hardly wait!

I chose to purchase in Lahaina because of my family history and because I think this area is the perfect mix of interesting things and laid back people. There is plenty to do and see but Lahaina is a true community with a small town feel. I hope you have the opportunity to experience it.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Lahaina Shores Beach Resort has the best location. You can walk on a nice beach with calm waters, right outside of the pool area. You are a few short blocks from the heart of town and the famous Banyan Tree. The marina is right there along with the Wharf Cinema center. The staff at Lahaina Shores was a big selling point for me. This resort has a true boutique hotel feel to it.
