HI Niko, I am so sorry you had this experience, its honestly the first time it has been an issue in the many years we have been renting the house. Most folks like having the individual heaters as everyone appreciates controlling their bedroom temperatures. I always make the beds with flannel or fleece sheets in the winter as well as duvets and extra blankets. I wish that you would have reached out to me after the first night. I could have given you tips on how to keep the fire going longer in the wood stove. Adding a fan in the next to the wood stove to blow the warm air towards the rest of the house. It is extremely quiet where we are located, this can make normal house hold noises seem much louder. Heaters generally make some noise. I am always trying my best as an individual home owner to keep my guests happy. Perhaps having earplugs for sensitive sleepers? Glad that you enjoyed the sauna and games. Happy new year, Ameen

Hi Alexander, Our home is located at the foot of the Cascade mountains, between Lake Wenatchee and Leavenworth and we receive a lot of snow. The driveway is plowed after every storm. This year we had unseasonably warm temperatures in Feb causing the ground to warm up during the day and freeze at night. Late march through April is generally when this occurs . The properties in our neighborhood are more rural, sitting on acreage and it is unusual to find a paved driveway. The photographs accurately give a sense of the space of our home. There are many types of saunas, ours is an outdoor all electric barrel sauna with a temperature range of 100-150F, benefits being a longer sweat time, suitable for all ages. We find it to be a very unique feature that we can offer our guests. Stink bugs, we are a house in the woods, in the mountains. Stink bugs are very common and harmless. We have pest management in place, but we are a house in the woods and the occasional bug is going to appear. We have found it much easier for our guests to have the cans at the base of the driveway so guests can wheel the cans just a few feet to the road on check out instead of wheeling full heavy can the length of the driveway on check out.
