Welcome To Our Cayman Island Beach Home!

Welcome to your beach retreat!

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, fully equipped ground floor condo is located in the complex known as Sunset Cove Condominiums at the south end of Seven Mile Beach, and is just north of Georgetown. It is approximately 3 miles from the airport. The resort is directly on the beach and this condo allows for ocean views from the living room and patio.

The condo provides all the amenities of home including fibre optic cable/ internet circuit with HD and premium channels and Wi-Fi coverage. The condo is equipped with high end linens and towels that are professionally laundered off sight and your beach towels are provided.

The complex includes a large tropical pool with waterfalls, a kiddie wading pool and a Jacuzzi and newly renovated swim up bar and restaurant called The Lazy Lizard, where you can enjoy a tropical drink and lunch. Steps to the water, you will find a protected marine cove and the opportunity to experience some of the best snorkeling that Grand Cayman has to offer. The vicinity surrounding the condo plays host to many different activities / excursions to engage yourself in the Cayman culture.

Excellent restaurants, night-life and shopping are with in walking distance to the complex or rent a car and explore the rest of the island. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from your patio or beach while sipping your favorite cocktail.

To prospective guests: A new Hyatt Centric Hotel is being built behind our complex on the street. Construction is tentatively scheduled to commence in Sept of 2026 with completion scheduled for the end of 2028. Our complex, Sunset Cove Condominiums, is a completely separate entity and will be fully operational during this period. We are located on the beach with all our own amenities, including a large tropical pool, kiddie wading pool, and swim-up pool bar. Every effort is being made to coordinate with the new hotel and we anticipate minimal disruption to our guests. In consideration of the construction, we are maintaining our 2025 pricing for 2026."

We’ve stayed at several places in Cayman and this is by far our favorite. It was stocked with so much more than any place we have stayed. Very clean, awesome communication with host. We will be staying there again in the near future. Loved it!!

Love Sunset Cove. It is the perfect place for a multi-generational family vacation. The condo was great, loved the pool, cove, and pool bar. Close to grocery store and restaurants.

The condo was comfortable with plenty of room for our family. We found it to be the perfect home base for exploring the island, as almost everything was within a few minutes drive. The kitchen is well equipped and Kathryn even helped us with having groceries delivered. The beach and pool are just steps from the patio door. We loved the swim up bar and taking a sunset swim each evening!

Beautiful beach condo! The condo was exactly as pictured and spotless upon arrival. The location was excellent, walkable to several restaurants, including Peppers a favorite amongst many on the island. The Snapper and BBQ chicken were delicious! The Cove and beach were awesome. Easy to swim out to ocean for snorkeling.

We had a great time in Grand Cayman staying at Sunset Cove. The access to the beach and pool were ideal. It is also within walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We had an issue arise and the property manager and cleaning person were there right away. While it’s a little outdated it was still a great vacation!

This was definitely a 5 star experience! The condo is beautiful and well appointed with all of the comforts of home. The property has a nice pool and a wonderful private beachfront. The location is within easy walking distance of many restaurants, shopping, and Seven Mile Beach. The host is very kind, accommodating, and responsive. Pretty much all one could ask for. Highly recommend!

The condo was perfect for our getaway. The room was literally steps from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. Kathryn was a wonderful host and very responsive. The condo was stocked with anything you could possibly need, towels, insulated cups, spices, etc. We had a liquor store and coffee shop almost within the complex. The Lazy Lizard bar/restaurant was great for daily drinks and quick food. We walked to the grocery, Coconut Joe's and Peppers for meals. Bus was super easy to grab if you wanted to go further. Hoping we can come back again soon!

This condo exceeded our expectations! It was exceptionally clean and spacious. The pool is right outside the deck with a bar that has amazing drinks and food. The beach is literally within view and has a calm bay area to wade in. There are great restaurants and coffee shops within a blocks walking distance that we loved. The host had everything set up to make it an easy trip. Families with children were everywhere, ensuring it to be a great vacation spot for families. This place was the an amazing vacation spot!!

The communication with the host was exemplary and she responds quicker than Superman when he is called for an emergency. The place is absolutely stunning. Amenities are everywhere and they have thought of everything. You will NOT be disappointed !!!!!
