The current rental ends 11/1/25 and the next rental must begin on 11/1/25 and end on the first day of a month. Boston requires a 28-day minimum for rentals unless it's rented <90 days/year or owner occupied, which this isn't. Stays 32 days or longer don't pay state lodging tax.
