Harvard/MIT Top Floor – Private Roof Deck

A bright top-floor Cambridge apartment with two bedrooms, a private roof deck and dedicated off-street parking. The apartment sleeps four and includes a king bed, queen bed, central A/C, in-unit laundry, 300 Mbps Wi-Fi, a 65-inch smart TV and a workspace.

Inman Square is about five minutes away on foot. Central Square and the Red Line are about an eight-minute walk.

SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS

Bedroom 1: King memory-foam bed, workspace and closet.

Bedroom 2: Queen bed and direct access to the private roof deck.

Living room: Convertible sofa bed.

The apartment accommodates up to four guests. Bedroom 2 closes off with French doors and is also the access point for the roof deck.

PRIVATE ROOF DECK

The private roof deck has outdoor seating and views across the neighborhood and toward the city. It is accessed through Bedroom 2.

LIVING AND DINING

The living room includes a 65-inch smart TV, convertible sofa and dining table for four.

KITCHEN

The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils.

BATHROOM

The full bathroom has a tub/shower. Towels, toilet paper, basic toiletries and a hair dryer are provided.

PARKING

One parking space is confirmed. A second may be available upon request.

LOCATION AND TRANSIT

Inman Square is about a five-minute walk, with restaurants, cafés and neighborhood shops close by. Whole Foods and H Mart are both under ten minutes away on foot.

Central Square and the Red Line are about an eight-minute walk. MIT is about eleven minutes away on foot, and Harvard is about sixteen minutes.

Union Square and the Green Line are about a fifteen-minute walk in the opposite direction. The Green Line is useful for getting to North Station and TD Garden, Government Center, Copley, Kenmore and Fenway.

GUEST ACCESS

Guests have private use of the entire apartment, roof deck and in-unit laundry. One parking space is confirmed; a second may be available upon request. Self-check-in is available.

We occupy a separate unit in the building and are available if needed. Otherwise, guests have complete privacy.

STAIRS

Reaching the apartment requires two flights of stairs: one flight to the unit’s private entrance, followed by another flight inside the apartment. There is no elevator.

The roof deck also has a rear door leading to an exterior staircase. This staircase runs about three flights down to the parking lot and rear exit.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE

This is an older multi-unit Cambridge building. Guests may occasionally hear normal building or street noise, but there is no unit above the apartment.

Please keep the downstairs guests in mind, especially after 10 PM. This is an older building, so footsteps and louder noise can carry between floors.

Parties and events are not permitted. Smoking is not permitted inside. Pets are not permitted.

Exterior cameras cover the building entrances, rear of the property, driveway and parking area and may record exterior activity during a stay. There are no cameras inside the apartment.
