The condo was on the 3rd floor and you must use stairs, so keep that in mind if you have physical limitations.The place was clean and well kept. The beach view was spectacular from the balcony and the access was easy. Being pet friendly was a huge plus and deciding factor for us. We will be staying here again for our next trip.

2nd time staying here. Fantastic beach front condo with ample room. New updates in kitchen, living room and bathrooms!!! Very nice updates. Very clean, plenty of amenities and the pools are great. Always a pleasure to stay at and with the new updates it was a surprise bonus

Going in the place was cute as expected, but it was up two flights of stairs with no elevator. This was not stated in the listing. The air unit made a really loud noise the whole time we were there. There was no pans for cooking, no things to help keep the unit clean like dust pan, trash bags. There was a live cockroach in the trash that surprised me and small one on the wall. The water line broke in the neighborhood but that was not the units fault. We had water after a few hours.

Not only was the condo clean and provided everything for our stay, but was very nicely decorated. Just a joy to be there. The big WOW was the balcony facing the ocean with comfortable seating. As it was March, the weather was a little too cool and windy for swimming in the pool! Hope to extend our stay next year!

It was our 4th time staying here, always love the view!! Close to shoping , site seeing and most of all beach!!! Love the updated kithcen, bathrooms and flooring thoughout and a few new pieces of furniture. Only thing is 2nd bathroom shower head did not work, but was ok used main one, also no beach chairs anymore. Anyhow still enjoyed everthing and forsure will be back same place same time next year!!

Beautiful view

We had a great week. Views were beautiful from the 3rd floor. Condo could use some updating but was comfortable and suited our needs perfectly. Would recommend, there is no elevator so keep that in mind. Would rent again.

Beautiful Ocean Views

The location and views from the balcony are the best part of this condo. Directly on the beach with beautiful views of the ocean and sunrises. The condo is comfortable, and the resort pools and hot tubs are well maintained and nice. The condo met our basic needs, but needs updates. The monkey artwork is really odd - but gave us a good laugh.

Night of Lights

Came up for Night of Lights for a couple days to avoid stress of driving up and back. Too cold to enjoy beach.

It was perfect for us for a quick 3 night stay. Nothing fancy but clean. The decor was very interesting and put us on a scavenger hunt to see what else we could find throughout. It is in a good location close enough that you can drive anywhere quickly but not stuck in the traffic of downtown. The dunes are beautiful and you can see the ocean from the balcony but not hear it. It’s about a football field away. The pool was nice and the walkway to the ocean was great. We would definitely stay again.

Nice place

Condo was nice, close to beach & pools were nice. Stairs were difficult for us older people, especially with pets going out several times a day. We really enjoyed the balcony overlooking the ocean. One thing missing from the kitchen was cookie sheets, otherwise it was well equipped.

Vacation

The deck was very nice and the view of ocean was beautiful. It was very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed the walk to the beach and loved looking in the dunes. The condo was nice. It could use a few minor repairs as the bathroom sink and kitchen leaked and lightbulbs were missing. Loved the master bedroom bed. It was very comfortable. We would definitely visit again.

The little things

Had a great time. The utensils were not sharp and there was no cookie sheet. There was limited pans and no mixing bowls. Pool was fun and view was amazing beach was awesome.

Incredible view of the ocean

We have rented on the beach in the area for 7 years. While walking, we always comment about view from that unit. We finally got the opportunity to rent it We were right the view is Breathtaking! Unit was sufficient and clean. Decor was strange. We are already planning on booking that unit again.

Great location; needs some work

Sitting on balcony looking at ocean was great. The place needs about 10 hours of maintenance. Some burned out light bulbs; a lamp that had no on/off switch; refrigerator only closed if you lift up on the door; bathroom faucet with steady leak. Layout nice - decor was an interesting combination of colors and artwork.

Interior decoration

The interior decorating is atrocious. The Monkee pictures were bewildering. The sofa and dining room table were something. The faucets all leaked terribly. On the other hand, the balcony was great and the complex was very nice. It would be a nice condo if the owner would dress it up for a more beach feel rather than the jungle look.

Million dollar view, not so much inside

We stayed at this property 5 years ago, and it has gotten worse, not better. The couch was uncomfortable, only one towel per person, tile floors cracking, and carpet coming up. Some things were addressed to owner 2 years ago, and are still broken. I would definitely bring kitchen cooking utensils and cookie sheets. As in title, the view is fantastic.
