Great beach access, very nice pool area, far enough - but not too far - away from town.

Perfect location and well maintained.

We fell in love with the beach, which was right down the sidewalk. We loved the area and our unit was comfortable and well stocked. Would recommend this unit to a pet owning couple.

Excellent stay!

This place was amazing! It had everything we needed for our family of 6 and then some. The place was clean and very well laid out. I cannot possibly put into words the convenience of the location to the beach. As a parent it was THE most important thing. Beautiful pool, gorgeous beach and even a fun playground half a mile away. Seriously it’s a dream place. Highly recommended!

Everything was perfect except each bathroom only had one tiny roll of toilet paper.

Great stay!

Loved the condo and property. Loved that they allowed us to bring our dog. Condo and property were very clean and well stocked. My only drawback from returning is that air could not be set below 74 and the master bedroom doesn’t seem to receive as much air from the AC as the living room so it was pretty warm in there even in April. Also, the rules about pets weren’t crystal clear in the listing or reservation email. You must walk your dog off property along the road, which isn’t an issue but it would be nice to clearly understand that upfront.

Great complex - outdated unit

The complex as a whole was great. The unit was a great lay out and worked for the week but the unit could use updating. The carpets had pet accident spots all over and just overall outdated. It worked for the week and we are happy we found the complex. We look forward to using the complex again just would pick another unit.

Great Ground Floor Unit

Great Ground Floor Unit. My kids loved the bunk beds with extra twin bed for sleepover with a friend. Overall great rental had all needed to cook pasta meal and make frozen drinks. Lots of games and beach stuff in closet that we didn’t use but nice to have. The AC didn’t cool as much as would have liked and prefer King Bed in master but picked it based on location. Having a table and chairs on the porch was great for playing games at night. My kids loved the small round chairs. Very min supplies from rental company (aka only the one trash bag already in can, one dishwasher soap etc).

The location was perfect. The place was very cozy and clean. `Definitely recommend. Will try to stay there again in the future.

Overall very nice

Great location, well maintained building and grounds. Some furnishings dated. Couch in living area stained, tv in kids room didn’t work. Nicely equipped otherwise. Plenty of beach gear. Would stay here again.

I love the property, well maintained!

I always stay at Seacoast Gardens III if I possibly can. For the most part the condos are in good shape, but the reason I stay is that the setting is perfect. Being on the beach and also having access to the pools, with fence to keep toddlers out, is great for me to bring any age grandchildren. This time we had five children 6 and under in two condos next to each other, and it worked out very well.

Too early cleaners on departure day/ poor kitchen stuff

The unit had no working can opener and had to go buy one... also no colander, and cutting board was broke and used a very dirty used one we found... The Kitchen could use an update on utensils that worked and supplies for simple meals prep..... Worst was cleaning crew knocking on door at 9:45 as we were still moving stuff out,, they impatient stood right at door making it difficult to get in and out and made us feel rushed although we were to be out and were out at 10:00 check out time... this was very unprofessional and sort of ruined the taste of our vacation.....at the end.... POOR taste...
