Beautiful condo and fully equipped. The view was fabulous. The picture online in living room shows two recliners, but it has been more modernized with a sofa and one foot lounger. We never used the pool, laundry room, rec room (except for bathroom), or dishwasher. Location did require driving a car or an Uber, but was an excellent location overall! Chase’s On The Beach was an excellent restaurant right on the beach and only two buildings up from here. We definitely would consider renting here again!

Great view. Large condo. Had a great time despite the weather not cooperating. Downside is no laundry in the condo. It’s down the hall and have to pay to use it.

New beach

The rooms were very comfortable and relaxing. We had great views from the balcony of the ocean and beach. It was a very relaxing stay.

Great Condo and Location

Great location where beach was not overly crowded yet easy drive to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful oceanfront view. Also enjoyed the nice pool area. Very clean condo!

Enjoyed our stay!

We loved this condo for our annual sisters/mom get-away! Spacious kitchen, comfortable beds, very clean and cute decor! We prefer to be on the area of the beach where there are no cars, but other than that, it was a perfect weekend!

Excellent Weekend Getaway

This property ticked all of the boxes for a short weekend getaway to the beach. I stayed with my wife and another couple and would not hesitate to recommend this unit to others. It was very clean and had all of the amenities we required. We would book again if staying in New Smyrna Beach.

Great kitchen

We needed a place for our family of 4 and needed to be able to prepare food, there was a great selection of kitchen supplies. Clean and beautiful condo!

Beach weekend

We rented this property for a long weekend at the beach. The condo was very comfortable, well-stocked and had great oceanfront views. The beach access was perfect. The kids loved the pool and game room with ping pong and pool table. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful family vacation place!

The condo was so spacious! We appreciated all the extra things like boogie boards, and pool toys. Our kids had such a great first time to the ocean. They really loved the pool too! Thanks for a great day.

Very Relaxing Looking over the ocean, watching nature is wonderful!!! Walking on the beach is awesome. Amazing restaurants nearby!! Walk across the street to So Napa **YUM!! Cozy Place decorated so nicely.
