The neighborhood was safe and the host was very responsive. We did miss some basics like dish soap and kitchen garbage bags, but the rest of the kitchen was well equipped.

Very good property and the location is excellent. Very convenient to visit keywest .Can be improved: No basic kitchen supplies .No extra trash bags .Beds are not good. Could have been better for the price .

Perfect location if you want to do the Everglades, keys and Miami all in one trip. Great value for money for our large family. It was equipped with everything we needed.

Great property very clean and described very accurately. Checkin/out was very smooth and it was a great value for the money. There was some supplies we needed to get for the kitchen (dish soap, though they had detergent for the dishwasher) but overall a very pleasant experience

The host and house was very accommodating. It was fully equipped with everything ( board games, bbq grill , hair dryer, bikes, toys. I could go on).

Great location

Its cute and cozy vacation home perfect for a family vacation & visiting all the National parks. The neighborhood is so festive during holidays which was a surprise bonus.

The ice maker in the fridge did not work, ice cube trays were not provided. The garage as storage space was great; too many items already stored in the garage did not leave space to park a car. The driveway was totally adequate. The grill that was provided was filled with charcoal left by previous guest; no fresh charcoal was provided nor did we know that would be the case.

We’d like to clarify that the refrigerator is fully functional; however, we appreciate you noting the ice maker concern and will review providing ice cube trays for future guests. Regarding the garage, it is primarily used for property-related storage items, though a vehicle can still fit inside if needed. That said, most guests find the driveway comfortably accommodates two cars without requiring garage access. We also appreciate your comments about the grill. We will review our setup instructions to better clarify charcoal expectations for future guests and ensure the grill is properly prepared. Lovely home and location

Chris was understanding and communication was easy. Home was lovely, and clean plenty of space. Would stay there again.

The host was very responsive and kind. The kitchen needs some re-stocking though and some of the beds weren't very comfortable. There were bikes available, but 3/4 were broken. One of the rollaway cots was broken as well. The A/C quit working one night but re-started. We did appreciate the large space and the proximity to the Everglades and Keys. The immediate neighborhood seemed safe.

Extended-family Everglades Trip

This was a very nice place, with plenty of room, that worked very well for the 6 of us (3 couples) to stay and spend time together as a family. We thoroughly enjoyed visiting the Everglades several days during our stay. It was wonderful to have a washer and dryer to use too.
