Cozy little ground level efficiency apartment! Sleeps a max of 4 (Rates are based on 2 guests. Over 2 is an additional charge of $20.00 per guest, per night.). Must be 25 to rent this property. A perfect getaway for a couple or small family.
Located approximately 200 ft. to the beach. The property has one king bedroom with TV that opens into the living area. The living area has a double size sleeper sofa and is a open room with a mini kitchen, TV & Wifi. The apartment building has a small shared area with corn hole, picnic tables, charcoal & gas grills, and an outdoor shower. No smoking or pets. (This unit offers off season 1-3 month rentals only per booking for 2 adults only from Sept. 7 to end of Mar. 7. Great for traveling nurses or workers.) Cleaning fee will be more than posted and may be more if electricity runs over $100 and a damage deposit.)

Great Location Comfortable Accomodations

Close to the beach and everything we needed for the weekend. It's not new and shiny, but everything was as advertised, clean and functional. Bed was comfy and outside shower was a bonus for rinsing off after the beach. Would definitely stay here again.

Just as Described

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The location could not be any better for beach access, as well as shops and restaurants. The backyard space and games were nice as well. I would definitely recommend this property!

Nice place

I really enjoyed the location. You can literally take twenty steps to the left and you are on the bridge out to the beach- twenty steps to the right and you are getting ice cream at the Sugar Shack!!

Best little apartment

This is the cutest little apartment that is close to the beach and some shops. Loved the location! It was great having an outdoor shower to get the extra beach off.

My husband and I stayed a week for our 35th wedding anniversary and everything surpassed our expectations! The property owners were wonderful! Location was excellent! Definitely will return!

Nice clean spot at a decent price. Very short drive to nearly everything you need and walking distance to the beach/two ice cream shops.

Enjoyable

This place was a place to rest our heads and to get a shower. Access to the beach was a very short walk. Beach was not crowded. Then we did tours.
