Great place to stay when in Portland. Great location - great shops and restaurants within walking distance. The house was spacious and very comfortable. Loved the rooftop area. Catie was easy to work with and very quick to respond to any questions. Would recommend The Portland Villa when in the area.

The property, the hosts, the neighborhood were all amazing. It is the perfect house for a friends and family gathering and the location is prime. You have everything you need both within the house and the neighborhood. We will be sure to check availability here first for our yearly Portland trips.

We were a family of 7 and we fit perfectly in the house. The big family room on the second floor was lovely to hang out in at the end of long, sight seeing days. The house was located in a very cute neighborhood, that was walkable to many restaurants. We loved our time spent there!

The Portland Villa was our dream home for a special family reunion and even exceeded expectations - my highest possible recommendation! The layout, amenities, amazing and responsive host, great neighborhood and convenient location, spotless upkeep, fully-stocked kitchen, charming Portland decor, and ability to enjoy time together in the beautiful shared indoor and outdoor spaces while also having privacy in generously-sized bedrooms all provided a simply perfect experience. We already plan to stay at the Portland Villa again for our next visit. Wonderful host hospitality whenever I had a rookie question, fantastic nearby dining and shopping and parks, and so many great memories — thank you Portland Villa for helping us enjoy the best vacation ever!

Great home in a great location. Our party (6 adults) had a wonderful stay. The home has a kitchen with all the amenities. The host even provided coffee for us. The roof top deck was lovely for reading or enjoying a beverage. Super convenient location with restaurants and shopping nearby. The host responded promptly to all questions. The home has a driveway space available for parking. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you, Catie, for sharing your home with us.

We loved this place! Very clean, comfortable beds, quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms had everything we needed. There is a parking space in front of the garage that is convenient. The location is great for a morning walk for coffee.The host was very responsive to any questions we had and provided clear instructions for check in.

This is a fantastic property. Right off Alberta, so great walking, shopping and eating just outside the door, but still quiet for our peaceful group. Plenty of room to spread out, and the great room is pretty spectacular - plenty of comfortable spots to hang out, watch movies, play games, and just enjoy a big family get-together.

Beautiful home and location. Sad we only got a few hours in the home propper as we had a fully booked schedule. Only change i would make is the bathmats in the bathrooms where quite slippery on the tile.

A M A Z I N G. THIS HOUSE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Gorgeous decoration and beautiful and large spaces to visit. The rooftop was just such a great bonus and the weather was so perfect that we were able to see Mount St Helens the kitchen was to die for and the coffee bar was set up with love. The bedroom walls were large picture of places in Oregon … it was my oldest son’s first visit to OR to see his sister play soccer and he said he must stay at the Portland villa every time!! Best sleep of my adult life… we are so appreciative!!! BEST PLACE WE HAVE EVER STAYED IN ANY STATE!!!

Absolutely amazing place!

One of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. Great location, beautiful home, and everything we needed for our family. Absolutely would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in Portland.

The villa was perfect house for our extended family reunion. Loved the rooftop deck and the great open space on the main floor. Easy access to shopping, groceries, coffee… Everything we needed. Kitchen was well appointed.

This is a great house for a multi-family getaway or a group of friends. Large living space to hang out in, and outdoor space that would be amazing in summer.

Wonderful location and common area

The house was great. The open living area was excellent and made our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Every person in our group would enjoy staying there again. Rooftop was a nice bonus as well.

Beautiful and Spacious!

This house worked great for our family getaway. There was plenty of space for all 7 of us and we felt everything we needed/wanted was provided. We all thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!

The only improvement would be bedding. We were all cold at night. Suggestion: invest in some down comforters and duvet covers. Otherwise the house was great.

The driveway is not easily accessible for larger cars. We parked in front of the driveway as the gates make it too difficult to pull into it. The bedrooms are big and beds comfortable. We enjoyed spending time in the large family room which had a long table and sofas that accommodated us.

Great stay in Portland! The house couldn't have been better! Fully stocked kitchen with ample glassware and silverware. Amble linens. Really nice property with big open family room. Really was great. Catie and Caleb are most definitely 5 star hosts!
