• Unit 1: A three-bedroom, three-bathroom private unit spanning two floors.
• Unit 2: A two-bedroom, one-bathroom private unit located next door on the street level.

Breakdown of the 3 floors:
Unit 1:
*Upper Level: Primary King bedroom with ensuite bathroom: “The Ginkgo Leaf Room”
*2 X Twin bunkbeds + hallway bathroom: “The Starlight Room”
*Main Level: King bed + “Homer’s Hideaway” bathroom + open-concept kitchen / living / dining areas-large enough for the whole group
Unit 2: *Step-free lower level:
2 bedrooms: Queen bed and 2 Twin beds + shared bathroom + full kitchen / living area

★ Outdoor Living & Accessibility ★
*Front porch for morning coffee or evening drinks
*Private backyard patio with seating, BBQ, round couch

★ Important Booking Details ★
*All guests (including infants) must be counted in the total guest count, place all children in “child” section and leave infant section empty
*$25/night per guest over 8 guests
*No Unbooked guests, large gatherings, or parties
*No smoking indoors (weed, cigarettes, vaping, e-cigs)

★ Communication & Check-in Process ★
*After booking, you’ll receive a rental agreement via email to confirm guest names and details.
*A couple of days before arrival, I’ll send a Welcome Email with all key information
*Check-in: After 4:30 PM | Check-out: By 10:30 AM

This setup offers the best of both worlds—private space when needed and a comfortable area for spending time together.
Note: While the above/below units are seperate, some noise may transfer between floors (vertical), not between duplex halves.

For security: The property has Ring video doorbells at the front entrances.
