Deal directly with me (OWNER) and avoid the hassle of checking in and out since you'll have everything you need to enter the condo before leaving home.

Condo has Oracode 660K time-sensitive coded entry lock installed; eliminating the need for a key. No need to worry about carrying a key to the beach or worrying about who in your group has the key. Everyone in your group will have access via the same code.

Condo has incredible views of sunrises and sunsets at sea, kids in the huge outdoor pool, and in the kiddie pool splashing under the mushroom waterfall. Check out the action on the beach from your beachfront balcony. Balcony has extra shelter from rain/sun due to extended balcony above.

Want a change of pace from beach and pool? There is racquetball, tennis, basketball, pickleball, shuffleboard, an exercise room with all the equipment you need, jacuzzis, saunas and a game room. Restaurants located just across the street. Supermarkets and shopping right down the street. Bring your bike and pedal through the state park or alongside the beach road on specially marked bicycle lanes.

Nice place for a quick get away.

Over all the place was nice. The location was great. Up on the 14th floor with awesome views. Perfect location within minutes from shopping and food. Bedding was a little stained and furniture needed some cleaning. But overall it was a good place. Owner was real easy to deal with and responded quickly.

Enjoyed our stay here - Aug 12 - Aug 20

It was amazing with a view of the Gulf of Mexico. The location was good, in an excellent neighborhood. The room was clean and ready for us. There were some small surprises I didn't expect, like having kitchen towels and dishwasher powder available, which was a nice benefit. I had read about potential mold issues in different spaces, and yes, there were some, but overall, it's a great place to stay, especially considering the price. My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. One issue was that the dryer had a broken filter, and there was a lot of sand inside. Elena

Nice spot on the beach for a good price

Property was nice and well kept. Room had everything we needed for our stay. The view was great. The kids loved the pool. Condo is conveniently located and very close to shoping and entertainment. We would definitely stay here again.

Just what we wanted!!

Condo was right on the beach for a beautiful view from the 14th gloor. BUT.... there are many things that are not as they should be Mold on the air/heat vents Mold under the kitchen sink Filthy air/furnace vent Threadbare towels that have spots that Had not been cleaned Mold in the bathroom at the ceiling surrounding the shower Missing towel bars with the brackets still hanging on the wall I could continue but I will leave it up to you. I would not rent this again!!

Very dirty, unkempt

On arrival, this is what we found: - Overwhelming smell of cooking grease - Grease on walls and pictures in kitchen - Smoke stains on the cieling - Black mold all around the air exchange - Brown stains on both comforters on the bunk beds - When lying on the bottom bunk, a large brown stain on the mattress above (looked like feces) - No batteries in all remotes in the condo - No light bulb in the balcony light fixture - Both couch and chair in living room very stained - Hair found in bed - Cieling light in living room does not work - Sink disposal spewed old waste when turned on/ unusable - Dust covered every surface Owner was very receptive and answered quickly. Sent a cleaning crew and a maintenance man. It took up all of our first nights stay waiting on this process. The cleaners basically had to lay sheets over the furniture. Owner told me he would give me a partial refund if I would stay. After all of my time, trouble, and tears, he refunded me $150 a few business days after I was gone. This experience was not at all worth the amount I paid or the trouble I went through.

Very convenient for beach vacation/access

The condo was ok. Not sure how long ago previous guests stayed or if cleaning staff were in a hurry. Used towel left out from previous guest. Bedroom didn't seem to have been swept thoroughly. Cosmetic repairing needed on ceiling and a few walls. We didn't feel 100% comfortable however i was able to enjoy the balcony facing the ocean as well as laying on the beach.

Nationals week

It was an older bldg but well kept up. The view was fantastic. We did not have bedding (pillows, blankets or covers for the sofa bed) and we used an air mattress for 2 of the adults as the sofa bed was very thin and not in good shape. Might be time for a new one. Very satisfied with everything else.

Awesome view

We had a wonderful time. The view was marvelous. The amenities was awesome with all the pools, game room and hot tubs. This is the 2nd time I have rented this condo and I will rent again. Our family had a great vacation.

Summer2023

Overall, we had a pleasant stay. Location was great! Elevator noise wasnt bad unless we were trying to sleep. We had to wear shoes inside so the floor wouldnt get our feet dirty. The tub didnt drain much, at all. The bed slept well, laundry was good. Everything else was adequate. We had a wonderful vacation because this condo has great beach access!

Nice location

Great views and conveniently located, however the kitchen cabinets reek of having been water damaged giving the unit an odd smell. The counter tops were warped by the dishwasher. The floors are in need of a good scrubbing.

Stunning view.

Perfect for the 3 of us. Many things in the condo have been updated since the pics were posted. I was very pleased with the size which looks smaller in the pictures. The view from the balcony and the size of the balcony was wonderful! Thanks for allowing us to stay there and offering the extra night.

Overall great, but…

Overall we had a good experience. The location and atmosphere was perfect. Wonderful views! Convenient to restaurants and attractions. The only drawback was the cleanliness of the condo upon arrival. The sheets had not been washed, the bathroom was dusty and had not been cleaned in a while, heavy amount of dust on ceiling and especially around air vents. Appliances were new, but everything else is outdated.

Nice getaway

We were there with 3 teenagers for a cheer competition. The location and amenities of the resort were fabulous. We enjoyed all the things to do like racquetball and shuffleboard. My only complaint would be that we were told the unit would have 6 sets of bath towels. However, we only received 4 towels and washcloths and no hand towels. Made it a little difficult when we had 5 people. Other than that enjoyed our stay.

Adult spring break

The property is in a great location and has an amazing view. The unit was dirty on arrival but Daniel got housekeeping there quickly. Mold and mildew is on all air returns and made the rooms feel damp and musty. The furniture in the living room needs replaced as it’s very dirty and uncomfortable. We would not stay in this unit again but would look for another property in the same location.

Good place on the beach

Overall good stay, great place, family loved it, and would stay in these again, some minor thing that we’re just kinda annoying, about half the light bulbs didn’t work so it was kinda dark over all and the shower curtain was awful, it was thin so it would blow up and everywhere the whole time you were in the shower! Other then that it was great

Great location

A little tight quarters with only one restroom, so 6 people would be uncomfortable. Great aosphere. Getting access to all the pools was great. Condo had some places in walls and only one light over bathroom sink worked. We enjoyed the location, we could walk to Docs and Live Bait. Overall a good place to stay for about 3 people
