Phoenix VII is one of the most relaxing condominium complexes on the gulf coast. There is a reason more vacationers stay at this condo than any other in Orange Beach.



This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is one of the best on the beach! Ideal for a couple or a small family. There are plenty of activities including a weight room, racquetball court, sauna, indoor heated pool, hot tubs, tennis courts, basketball court and outdoor pool. There is even a nice gazebo area to relax under while you're bbq'ing.



Come relax on the 6th floor balcony with breathtaking views of the gulf perfectly located above the outdoor pool. The condo has one full bath off the master and the master bedroom has a king size bed. There is a queen sized sleeper sofa for sleeping up to 4. The kitchen is fully equipped. We are conveniently located next to restaurants, grocery stores and not far from the outlet malls.

Parking: You will receive an email prior to your arrival to purchase the parking passes and will then be picked up at the front desk upon arrival. Parking pass fees are based on length of stay; 1 night is $40, 2-10 nights is $65, 11-31 nights is $110, 32-61 nights is $160, 62+ nights is $210. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Two and three bedroom condos are guaranteed two parking passes. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was extremely clean which is top of my list when booking a place. Stocked with everything needed to cook meals, plenty of linen provided. Check in instructions were clear, host was responsive when I reached out regarding chair rentals. The charcoal grills at the pool were a nice. The condo was centrally located with plenty of restaurants and shops close by. The building provides plenty of carts to get luggage and groceries up to the units as well. Already looking forward to our stay next year!

Loved the overall atmosphere of the condo. Loved being apart of the firework show. It was a great few days to relax and unwind. Definitely will be back soon!

Great condo!

We had a short weekend stay at this condo for a soccer tournament. It was clean and exactly as pictured! Would stay here again.

Great stay

Had problem with shower door not sliding but maintenance was called and doors repaired next day. Room was not "beachy" decorated and was far from elevators, but was clean and had very comfortable bed...two of the most important factors! We totally enjoyed our stay!

I overall enjoyed my stay. However I would possibly consider updating the couch. It was a lil outdated and not as clean as I would have liked it. But other than that everything was fine.

Everything was fine……..except the toilet. It was terribly small and not oval shaped but cylindrically round and tiny. Could barely fit “myself” to go as needed…. lol! Please fix this otherwise nice accommodation. Everything fits but the toilet!!

Excellent condo

We loved the place we stayed in. Had a great time there. View from balcony was amazing. We accidentally locked ourselves out one day. Quick call to Brandy and she was able to help us quickly. Only concern was the tv in the living room. We had to contact the number listed on the paper that was in the room. There had been a storm earlier in the week, no one had been in the room. He assisted us in setting the bedroom tv up and working. The one in the living was missing the remote so we could not use that one. This was okay with us!! Everyone we met and talked with at the site was awesome. No concerns and hopefully we will be able to come back to Orange Beach and stay there again!!!
