It comfortably fits 4 (pull-out couch included). It's in a quiet Jupiter association with a private pool and a 5 minute drive to Harbourside Place. TV and Wi-Fi Internet, washer and dryer, new carpet in living/dining room and bedroom, tile in remaining areas of condo with updated bathrooms and kitchen. Walk to one of the most beautiful beaches a block away. The A building is located on the lagoon with the balcony patio overlooking the lagoon. The condo is turnkey and outfitted with everything you will need to make your stay stress free and enjoyable.

I ask you treat our condo with respect. This is a NON-smoking and NO animals unit.

All guests must complete and sign the HOA's rules and regulations 30 days prior to arrival and I will send you these rules as soon as your reservation is confirmed. The major ones are:

-No motorcycles, pickup trucks, or campers.
-No animals allowed.
-No loud activities which disrupt other people.
-No parties or late night noise; it's a quiet complex.

Charge of $75 for lost pool key.
