Private l, very clean, has 2 bedroom 2 bathroom home with 2 queen beds and a den area which has a pull out couch. Has a private driveway, Luscious tropical landscaping, Brand new central AC, and just added over a hundred TV channels, WIFI access, and fenced in backyard with fruit trees in the backyard. Just 3 houses from community pool and tennis courts, 3 miles to the beach, and 5 minute drive to the home of the St. Louis Cardinals spring training center in Abacoa, From World Class restaurants to Tiki restaurants on the water! Also for the golf enthusiasts, we are across the street from The Golf Club of Jupiter and also surrounded by other top notch golf courses. Can it get any closer to paradise than this?

We stayed 3 nights with our dogs, and it was perfect. Definitely will use the property in the future when traveling to the area.

Nice Place

The house is a nice neighborhood. We felt comfortable going out for walks around the area day or night. We really enjoyed the screened in porch. It was a great place to relax, have a meal or a drink. All of the rooms were a nice size. We found the shower hard to use, though instructions are provided. It would be nice to have a booklet or something available with instructions for the thermostat, tv, etc.Our main disappointment was that the refrigerator had nothing in it, specifically no condiments. When staying for a few days, you don't want to buy entire bottles of ketchup, mustard, mayo, etc. for a meal or two. These have always been provided at previous locations. (Though, I'm sure other people might appreciate an entirely empty refrigerator.)

Home away from home

We were having some work done to our home and needed a place to stay close by so our kids could still get to school. This property is exactly how it is described and pictured. Clean safe convenient and stocked. The owners were wonderful to communicate with.I will definitely suggest this property to any friends and family visiting.communicate with

Perfect for short weekend

Fantastic spot

Nobody enjoyed the trip to this beautiful home more than our dog love the backyard.lol. Great dog run just three minutes away. We are definitely renting this property again. We had the most positive experience with our host that we had since renting from VRBO.

Comfortable and convenient stay

The home was very well stocked and comfortable for our stay while attending a baseball tournament. Bozena is very attentive to any questions or needs you have. If we come this way again I would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place

We were playing baseball in West Palm Beach and rented this for the week. This place was clean, beautiful backyard and perfectly located. Highly recommend

TLC needed

The home is pleasant, though 90’s dated.. Dishwasher not working. Microwave should be replaced, dangerous condition of door panel... Outside grill needs to be replaced. Screened in porch couch had bird excrement along its backside and along the floor. The wiring for lighting in the screened porch is haphazard and not in working order. The above situations if addressed will bring this to acceptable standards.

Best Stay ever!

My wife and I just completed a month stay here. The house, location and pool were perfect for us. The home was very spacious and comfortable, All essentials (such as towels, kitchen supplies, shampoo, Full size washer/Dryer etc) were available which made our stay very relaxing. The patio was lovely and we enjoyed being out there every day! The neighborhood and surrounding areas were great to walk. We met several neighbors who were very friendly. Bozena, was the perfect host. We cannot say enough good things about her. She was extremely responsive to all of our questions from the first day we inquired about this rental, until the last day of our visit. She even made sure we were aware of any special activities that were going on in the area so we would not miss them! We would recommend this rental to anyone who is looking for a home in a neighborhood setting that is convenient to restaurants, beaches, parks and golf. You will be glad you did!! Paul and Gail

Not worth it

I should have listened to some of the negative comments in the reviews, but I figured the homeowner had plenty of time to fix the issues from the time the comments were made. Obviously she has no intention. First off she had no check in or check out instructions, nor welcome info to let you know where to find certain items like keys to the pool or how to work the TV (by the way, it only has about 5 channels that go out when it rains, which it did the whole time we were there). I had to message her so she could give me the code to the house and the wifi info. Once we opened the door we noticed how hot it was inside. The thermostat was set on 69, but it was 79 in the house. It only ever cooled to 75 and that was in the middle of the night. We checked the air filter and it was disgusting like another reviewer mentioned. She did bring us a replacement, but it did nothing to help cool the house the whole week. I would hate to see how hot it would have gotten if it had been sunny everyday. The next thing we noticed were the sticky floors that made the bottoms of your feet black, and there were no cleaning supplies in the house. I'm am not a clean freak, but gross. The thing that upset me the most was when I let my dog out in the fenced in back yard (the reason I rented this house), he immediately found a dead rat that he attempted to eat, and then found 2 more later in the day. They had been poisoned, we know because we found the poison in the garage. I truly hate to think about what would have happened to my dog if I had not noticed him grab them! The smell of rot and decay permeated the back yard with flies swarming everywhere, and there was a charred lizard in the bottom of the grill! We couldn't use the back yard the whole time we were there. The owner was quick to respond and agree with all of the issues we pointed out, but she was not able to take care of them. I guess we've always lucked out and stayed in really nice places, because I would not consider this house well stocked for all cooking/cleaning/showering needs. There may have been 3 wash cloths in the whole house and we had 4 people. The cookware and dishes were dirty and subpar, no measuring cups/spoons, no cutting board, but we accidentally left our green pan skillet, so at least now there's one nice piece in the kitchen. I truly hate to leave negative reviews, and this could be a nice little rental, but needs work!!

Nice and Convenient

My family stayed here for a long weekend for a junior golf tournament in the area. The house was clean and comfortable. Our host was attentive although we really didn’t need anything because the home was ready on our arrival and equipped with our needs. We brought our dog who enjoyed the fenced in back yard. The kids enjoyed the heated community pool just a few steps away! And the community park was a treat for them with a large playground and basketball courts. I would recommend this property and the area.

I chose this property because it was a quiet and very clean neighborhoods yet close to everything I wanted to be close to. The beach is only a few miles away, it is a pet friendly town and I have all the stores I need a short distance from the home. I liked that we have a club pool and tennis courts.

The yard in this home has a few different fruit trees. It has a mango tree, a lemon and lime tree, and a rose garden in the back yard! It is completely private in the back yard.
