great villa !

I have stayed here twice now, once with friends and again with my family, this villa is great for both. The location is so convenient next to a great supermarket, easy bus links to ibiza old town, and lovely restaurants just around the corner. My kids loved the pool, and I loved the sun beds ! great communication from the owners, would definitely recommend !

The property was great. Not as close to playa den boss’s as expected but still a short taxi ride away. Loads of space and good pool area. Will consider coming back

Amazing stay with NYE

We loved our stay. The check-in and communication was very clear and helpfull. The house is great with a lot of kitchen equipment, what was very nice! We stayed for 3 nights in the villa to celebrate new year. Location was great with the supermarket at 2 mins away. Would recommend this to bigger groups for sure! Thanks :)))

Great Stay

Our stay in the house was amazing. Great house, very spacious and nice pool. Whole house is air conditioned. Check-in was easy and we were able to communicate with the property managers whenever we needed to. The house was very clean. The location was perfect. Easy access everywhere and a wonderful supermarket right at the corner of the house. The hosts were more than helpful and super nice.

House

Overall, my review is quite objective\. The house was clean, and Alan was a very friendly and helpful host\. Since we arrived late, we received the access code in advance, which worked perfectly\. However, for a property that is advertised as a premium villa, there were a few things that were disappointing\. The beds, especially the single beds, were simply too small\. In four bedrooms there were very small double beds, which are not suitable for taller guests\. At 1\.90 m \(6’3”\), they felt far too narrow\. That is not the standard I would expect from a villa in this price range\. Another issue was that three out of the four bedroom doors could not be properly locked because the handles or locks were damaged\. Considering we paid almost €3,700 for two nights during peak season in Ibiza, I also expected at least a few complimentary bottles of water\. Arriving at around 10 p\.m\. after traveling and having to go out to buy water when it’s 38°C outside is something that could easily be avoided with a small gesture from the host\. Overall, the house was clean and acceptable, but it simply wasn’t worth the price we paid\. With a relatively small investment in proper beds and repairing the doors, the villa would provide a much better experience\. Despite these points, we had a fantastic holiday, and in the end that’s what matters most\. I hope you take this as constructive feedback\. The property has the potential to live up to the name “Great Ibiza Villa” instead of giving the impression of being closer to a budget hostel than a premium villa\.

Couldn't have loved our stay more!

The home was gorgeous, clean, and had everything we needed for a girls' trip abroad. Tim, the house manager, was super friendly and accessible. We would all love to come back in a heartbeat!

Very nice location not to close but not too far

The villa was beautiful and the grounds were very well kept, The kitchen could do with a little love, we had plenty of toilet rolls and cleaning products which was really appreciated. overall we really enjoyed our stay and would recommend this villa to all other travellers. Just a polite word of warning the taxis can be a slight problem when trying to get out and about however there was 10 of us so always going to be a challenge I guess. Would highly recommend this villa.

Great villa, clean and tidy. Loads of room for groups and in a great location.

We stayed here for a week in mid August. Our group was 11 people, this place was perfect for us loads of room the place never felt crowed. The outdoor area and pool is great for chilling out and relaxing. We stay in and used the barbecue for a few night for dinner, nice and handy instead of going out for dinner every night. The local supermarket is literally two minutes walk away for everything you will need. I couldn't recommend this villa enough, love every minute of our stay there.

perfect holiday for us

Perfect villa for large groups! There was enough space for the 10 of us. The pool and BBQ area made our stay even more fantastic. The supermarket was surprisingly very close and the kitchen was well equipped! Totally an ideal vacation for me and my family! Thumbs up to Bo and Tim for being so helpful all throughout.

Absolutely beautiful, huge villa, brilliant holiday!

We stayed here as a group to explore the island and nightlife and absolutely loved it. The villa was beautiful and had everything we needed. Big open rooms, comfy beds, wifi, bluetooth speakers, full english channels, large outdoor eating area and to pool was lovely. The Mercedona supermarket is a 1 min walk and so so cheap we ate like queens for next to no money all week and as we didnt hire a car carrying water was no hardship at all. The company were brilliant answering my many questions before we left, arranging transfers for us to get to the villa, greeting us on arrival to villa and helping us once there giving us reliable english speaking taxi numbers which we used a lot. Itz only a 2 min taxi ride to playa de bossa which u could walk and about 25 min to san Antonio but as a large group we were kindly given a number to pre arrange a minibus which was so handy. Tim who checked us in was great, so informative and on hand if we needed anything and Bo from Great Villas Ibiza arranged everything for a very smooth stay. I can't reccommend this place enough and would love to go back. It has the nightlife we wanted, the villa is absolutely beautiful the pictures dont do it justice and the whole holiday we all had an easy stress free time. Thank you Tim and Bo you were brilliant! Xxx

Good property for friend groups

The property is basic but has all you need for a great weekend on the island. The host that received us was very Friendly and helpfull. Dont use the taxi service they recommend. General taxi cost a third. The company who services the villa is very helpfull and friendly. Would surely use their properties again.

Lovely villa

Had a fantastic stay in the well equipped and spacious villa Opal. Check in and out were very straight forward and the villa lived up to expectations. Highly recommended.

Fantastic villa

I don’t usually write reviews but I must make an exception after the amazing time we had at the villa. From the start the service I revived from Bo was top notch, super-fast email communication, organising transfers, stocking the fridge full of beer and checking us in and out. The Villa us huge and more than enough space for the 10 of us, everything you need in supplied for you and the supermarket is 2 mins away with a great selection of food for the BBQ. A short taxi ride into Bossa which has some wicked clubs and bars. Would totally recommend the Villa to anyone staying in Ibiza.

Very spacious. Great outdoor area. Perfect location

A group of 11 arrived at the villa and there was a proper bed for all guests in bedrooms. The villa was very well appointed with lots of furniture and places to sit down. My girlfriend and I had the master suite on the top floor which was the biggest room in the house! Huge balconys for all rooms and a great patio area. The Mercadona supermarket is 2mins walk away which is extremely handy. We cooked up on the outside BBQ many times! 5mins by taxi to bossa 20mins to San Antonio its the perfect base location if you want villa style accommodation. Thanks!!

Lovely clean, spacious villa, top quality service

Lovely large villa in a very good location. Large clean rooms with plenty of bathrooms. Nice outdoor area with a nice pool and bbq and loads of sun loungers and shaded seating. Highly recommend

Nice place, great location, no airco

Hosts are great and the location next to the supermarket is perfect. House is somewhat outdated with a very small kitchen and hardly enough glasses/cutlery for 10 persons. Not having airco was a big minus for us.
