Nice place

The host was very gracious and the place is very clean and nice. Great location except for some street noise at night but I’m not sure if there is anyplace in Naples that wouldn’t have that.

Wonderful!

Lovely, clean, quiet apartment with everything we needed for our stay. Svevo is an excellent host, and was incredibly helpful to my husband and I when our plans went awry. Kind and considerate, I would recommend him and this beautiful apartment to any one. We hope to be back!

Great location, clean and spacious

Svevo was an excellent host. We had to amend our booking and arrive late but he was very accommodating. The apartment was as described and clean. There were some store cupboard basics (salt, pepper, coffee etc.) and cleaning supplies including washing detergent. The apartment is well located for metro and funicular access along with local restaurants and attractions. Despite being located not far from a very busy road it was quiet at night. The property guide is very detailed and covers off all the important points which was really useful.

Great location and excellent communication with the owner, Svevo. Svevo had someone meet us at the apartment to greet us. The apartment was very clean and comfortable, the large bedroom had a very comfortable bed, each of the two bedrooms has an A/C unit. The location is excellent within 10 minutes walk to the port of Naples where we took a ferry to Sorrento and Capri. One minute from Via Toledo, a popular shopping area. Svevo helped arrange for an 4;00 am taxi pick-up for our return trip to the airport. Svevo was very informative and helpful - a must for anyone taking their first trip to Naples.

Great spot in the center of the action!

Wonderful place. Naples was a great location to tour Capri, Pompei, the coast and also enjoyed the city itself. Our host provided a great list of places to eat. Really nice apartment!

This area is wonderful!!! Super cute neighborhood, lots of yummy food around.

We had an amazing time in Napoli. Our host was so helpful, communication was great and the space was very clean... the flat is near a grocery store, the ferry marina and there was a lot of yummy food around ... it was a great experience.

Super clean, large bedrooms, great central location

Very clean, nice, everything we needed. Large bedrooms, large closets, comfy beds. Easy to get around to the water and sites. One block from shops, eateries, grocery, etc. Cobblestone street is a little tough to get luggage in and out, but that's to be expected in Italy. The only major negative in our opinion is that the garbage cans for the building are in the entry and it smelled awful most of the time we were there. It DID NOT smell bad in our room however. Super cute, clean, comfortable place overall.

Une excellente adresse au cœur de Naples

Localisation idéale pour cet appartement , proche de tout mais au calme . Très bon niveau de confort avec 2 belles grandes chambres , literie excellente ! Accueil et flexibilité au top autant de la part de Svevo que de son ami Lorenzo, tous 2 très réactifs et sympathiques . Globalement une très très bonne adresse pour visiter Naples en toute tranquillité ! Merci à tous les 2 !

Great Location, Very Nice Apartment

From our first contact with Svevo to our departure our host was exceptionally prompt and attentive. The apartment location is perfectly situated very close to a major pedestrian shopping street but if you turn the other way as you leave the door you find yourself in the heart of the old traditional Napoli. We enjoyed our favorite dinners in some of the small family operated restaurants in this area. The one star missing is due to our comparing one facet and that is that if you find anything in this apartment to use such as soap, shampoo or things like salt and pepper it seems it is because previous renters have left them. In the four apartments we rented on this trip the first three provided basics including fresh milk, bottles of water as well as other treats. A small thing, maybe, but we found it a great convenience. Again, the apartment is excellent and Svevo was exceptional helpful.

Lovely apart

Great location and a spotlessly clean and very comfortable apartment. The owner was super helpful (and speaks fluent English is well, which was a plus for us). We were close to lots of places we wanted to visit and also to the metro for going further afield. Very highly recommended!

Splendida casa in pieno centro

La casa è molto bella, arredata con grande gusto e comodissima, con spazi che permettono di vivere una vacanza in famiglia o tra coppie di amici senza mai rinunciare alla propria privacy. Location incredibile: si trova in pieno centro, in una delle zone più antiche e vitali della città, a due passi dal bellissimo lungomare di Napoli, dall'incantevole Palazzo Reale e dal Castel dell'Ovo. Ottimi i ristornati della zona dove mangiare pizza ma anche piatti tipici, ovviamente a base di pesce (anche se non solo: ordinate pure una genovese a occhi chiusi, non ve ne pentirete) e le vinerie che animano il quartiere durante la sera (raccomandati Taurasi, Fiano e Greco di Tufo per gli amanti del vino). Prima volta a napoli per tutta la famiglia ma di sicuro non sarà l'ultima.
