Dear Guest, We regret that your stay did not fully meet your expectations. However, we would like to point out that the features of the accommodation are clearly stated in the listing, allowing each guest to make an informed choice based on their specific needs. Regarding the kitchen, we would like to clarify that the property is equipped with both a microwave and an induction cooktop, enabling you to prepare meals independently. So if you don’t understand something regarding the induction you can ask as you did for every thing during your stay. You sent to me several message for everything and never said thanks for something. We are sorry that you found the bed too firm and the bathroom and shower area too small; these are, however, structural characteristics of the property rather than shortcomings in what was offered. As for the noise in the evening, while we certainly understand the importance of a good night's rest, it is worth noting that Rome is a large city—with all the inevitable challenges that entails, such as urban noise and a lively atmosphere—factors that are, unfortunately, beyond the owner's direct control. We strive to provide a transparent hosting experience and a pleasant stay; at the same time, we believe it is important that reviews take into account the actual features of the property and the urban environment in which it is located.
