A great base for exploring SoDel

This is a lovely condo unit perfectly located for exploring all Southern Delaware has to offer. It’s clean, comfortable, and reasonably quiet even though it’s just off busy Route 1. Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, and Lewes, Dewey and Bethany beaches aren’t much further. Definitely would stay here again.

We would have preferred closer to the beach , we couldn’t utilize the pool after 5p . It was very clean and a beautiful place though !

Dana’s condo was clean, bright and comfortable. It was within driving or walking distance of everything. Very nice place for two to four people to stay. Dana was very easy to communicate with and would quickly reply to any questions.

Nice condo / good location

The condo was nicely located for our stay and traveling around the area. The condo was clean and for the most part it was a nice quiet area. We would recommend the condo and also stay again.

Rehoboth vacaton

Condo was very clean and ample space. Just two of us but the condo could easily house 2 couples or a family. Good location, didn't shop due to pandemic but is very close to outlets and restaurants. Beaches are a short drive away, good stay!

What a great find!

This was a lovely condo space for out first DE beach visit. Spotless but inviting, it's close to the beaches (Rehoboth Beach is 15 minutes away, traffic permitting; Lewes is 20) but far enough removed from the party scene to enable you to rest up for the next day's fun. Located off busy Route 1, with all the supermarkets/outlet shopping you could want, but you hear surprisingly little highway noise. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

Great getaway

Dana's beach condo was tastefully decorated and very clean. We had everything we needed. We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open while we were there but Dana had zero control over that due to covid and change of rules and regulations at the property. The beach was a short drive away and the condo is conveniently located near everything. My family and I had a wonderful time! Thank you!

Beautiful property with all of the amenities

This was an amazing experience. The condo was extremely clean, the owner provided us with a nice pantry of goods for our stay, and we had plenty to watch on TV (cable, Netflix, Roku). The condo was a perfect size for four and looked much bigger than in the photos. We will absolutely stay here again in the future!

Conveniently located and clean spacious condo

We didn’t like the idea that we were responsible for toilet paper and paper towels. There was a lot of noise late at night outside.....sounded like young kids.

The location was great, the building was very quiet and we just loved our stay.

The owner Communication skills were great, and the Property was just as described. We were right around the corner from the Outlets, and that was wonderful for my sister and I.

The condo was clean, and it was in near many attractions including Cape Henlopen State Park. Also, quiet community. Really liked having 2 full bathrooms. I would definitely recommend.

Creekwood Condo

My family and I were very impressed with the property overall. We found it to be spacious, quiet, and very clean. We unfortunately found it just too hot to go to the pool but did go to the beach in the early evenings. The location is great as there are great restaurants nearby and the movie theater is within a mile. Will definitely rent again!

Homey getaway

Dana’s condo was clean, inviting, tastefully decorated with a home away from home feel. The neighbors were very friendly & the pool was awesome & very clean! Perfectly located to beach access, plentiful restaurants & shopping as well as activities for kids. I would highly recommend this property. Thanks again Dana!

Excellent Condo

The condo (a second floor- walk up unit) was extremely clean, accurately described and laid out perfectly with plenty of parking. There was an additional short term lease outside of VRBO with cleaning fee. The location was perfect for our stay, half way between Lewes and Rehoboth Beach however the property management employee on site made us aware of several recent situations for us to be vigilant about. The pool was close, clean and well set up but the attendant was not friendly, helpful or inviting.

Perfect location

We stayed at this house for 4 nights. First impression was great. The house was very clean. We cooked every meal there for 5 days. There were enough pots/pans/plates/silverware/cups for all of us, 2 adults 2 children. The location was perfect. Less than 5 minute drive in either direction to Lewes/Cape Henlopen or Rehoboth Beach. We were right in the middle of all types of other things to do including restaurants, mini golf, the Tanger Outlets, grocery stores, and many other shops. I would absolutely recommend staying at this property.
