Beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 full bath condo that is convenient to everything. Located on Route 1 with easy access to the beach, restaurants, outlets, and activities. This first-floor condo offers easy access to community pool.

Comfortably sleeps 4 with king main, queen bed secondary. Main bedroom has an on-suite bathroom, walk-in closet, dresser, ceiling fan and flat screen TV. Second bedroom with ceiling fan, TV, large closet and dresser.

Kitchen provides all the comforts of home and includes a Mr. Coffee, coffee maker. Separate dining area comfortably seats 6 while breakfast bar seats another 3 people. The screened-in porch offers additional seating for dining outside.

Very good communication. Only downside for me was no coffee pot. All brand new appliances in kitchen though!!!Great location for what we needed.

We had a great time during our stay! The space was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. The location was definitely a plus! Tanger Outlets was within walking distance, and the beach was just a short distance away, which made everything super convenient.There were a couple of downsides. The neighbors upstairs were pretty noisy, and the bedroom with the king-size bed had a noticeable musty, mold-like smell that could use some attention.Other than those things, we really enjoyed ourselves! The convenience of the location and having access to everything we needed made it a great getaway overall.

Renee, We agree that the location of the condo makes it very convenient to everything and are glad that you enjoyed that. Thank you for pointing out the issue with the mustiness, we will make sure to have the cleaning staff look into the issue. As for the noise from upstairs there is unfortunately not much that we can do as that condo is also a rental. We have found that a simple knock on their door to make the parents aware of the issue has helped us in the past. David and Nina.

This condo is in a great location right on Rt 1 so very convenient to get to/from Rehoboth Beach and the shops and restaurants. Dave is a great host and was very communicative throughout. The condo was comfortable with plenty of space for a family of 4 (just remember to pack your own sheets, bath/beach towels, hand towels, and extra essentials). My kids loved the quick walk to the pool after long days at the beach. Overall we had a nice stay!

It was peaceful. I was originally worried that it was going to be loud because of the heavy traffic. I couldn't hear it at all. The house was clean and well set up. The hosts were friendly. Its directly on a bus route that takes you to the beach if you dont want to worry about parking. Everything you could need is right outside your door within 5 minutes. It was perfect.

My daughter and I had a great time here! The condo was immaculate! So clean, and felt like home. We loved that the outlets were near by as well as some restaurants to choose from. The beach being only around 5 minutes away was awesome! The pool was easy to get to which is great for kids. It was really nice that they had beach chairs and an umbrella so I didnt need to over pack. I loved this place so much I definitely want to book again next summer! David and Nina are great hosts, even called me a few days before to make sure he gave me info for the place and if I needed anything. Also Irv was great when I checked in, offering some suggestions for places to go! Thank you guys so much!

We enjoyed our stay. It is a perfect location for getting to all of our favorite restaurants. Outlets are across the street. It is winter time so we didn't use the pool this time.

The place is great. Ive had an exceptional time here. Everything was as described. Mr and Mrs Klett were excellent at communicating information to me to make sure the check in process went smoothly. The Tanger oulets are right there, with some restaurants walking distance away. Overall great stay.

Wonderful place to stay

Our family enjoyed a 5 night stay. It was perfect for us. Great location to restaurants, beach, and other activities. The condo was clean and pool was so nice. We would walk out the back door and be 20 steps from the pool. Fantastic place to stay. We are a lacrosse family and this condo was 30 min from DE turfplex, which was perfect for the multi day tournament we were in DE for.
