The photos of the property were beautiful, however, when we walked in it was beyond beautiful It was so much more then we had expected. The views from the balconies were breathtaking The place had everything you would need it was spotless bright and even had washer and dryer. The pool was perfect!!! We will definitely come back!

Pictures of the property were spot on and very accurate. It was very clean, up to date and kitchen had everything needed. overall unit was spacious with plenty of room for everyone to relax and have their own space if needed. Balconies being above the ocean were amazing in the morning and then evening for sunsets. No housekeeping unless requested and limited towels so bring some extra.

Very spacious condo with multiple balconies with views. Ideal location next to Mullet Bay Beach and with several stores and restaurants within walking distance. We loved our stay.

This is a beautiful property in a great location. Never busy by the pool and easy access to beach. Walking distance to restaurants, grocery stores and cofee shops.

Villa and the view were amazing and even better than the pictures. The small private beach was spectacular. Check-in was a breeze thanks to great communication with the host and Stacey.

Great location. Beautiful view. Comfy beds. The toilet seat was missing in one of the bathrooms but otherwise beautiful condo. Highly recommend.

Fabulous space and location. Loved watching and listening to the waves while drinking my morning coffee and watching the sunset every night from the balcony! A few beaches, many great restaurants, and grocery store were all within walking distance, including Maho Beach to watch the planes come in. Stacey was quick to respond to questions. Friends and I had a great time and would definitely stay again.

The apartment was beautiful and had everything we could possibly need for the week! The location was perfect and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Stacey was always very responsive and even when I reached out to her about a small issue we were having, she had someone come fix it as soon as possible.

Beautiful beach vacation

Property is exactly as described - beautiful space right on the beach with 3 balconies. Had a perfect vacation and Stacey was so kind and helpful - would absolutely come back!

Great

Great location! Walking distance to the beach, but definitely needs a car to nice dining. The unit itself is spacious with a spectacular view of the sunset.

Absolute Paradise

This was by far the best stay, I have ever had! The house is perfect, the service is excellent, and the fact that we could be on the island and walk right down our back stairs to a private beach, blew our minds! I will be back to this property again and again!!

Beautiful views! Condo is beautiful as well. I did not receive any check in instructions or basic information such as the recommendation to not drink the water without reaching out to the property manager. The owner was very responsive and got me into contact with the property manager. An email or message in advance regarding the check in process would be great as well as a binder with instructions for the property ie do not drink the water, trash goes here, recycling here, codes for gates etc. overall a lovely place- if we return to st Martin I would want to stay here again

Paradise

We had a wonderful stay at the Cupecoy Beach Club. The condo was very spacious, immaculate, and the view was incredible. We particularly enjoyed access to the beach from the stairs right by the unit. We snorkeled everyday right from the beach. Best snorkeling we found on the island was right there! John was very responsive and welcoming as our host. We hope to get back there again!

The room was just as pictured, but there was even more space than anticipated. The views were absolutely stunning and I wish I could go back to having coffee on the balcony in the mornings. Any issues we had were immediately addressed by John or Stacy. The kitchen was nicely stocked, but the blender didn't work and needs to be replaced. I appreciated that the room included a few beach towels and chairs.

Amazing Villa !!

We stayed in the 3 bedroom villa for four days. It was spotless and beautiful ,perfectly situated between two beaches The kitchen was fully equipped. There were also beach chairs , beach towels, masks and snorkels , cooler and sand toys for our use. We enjoyed sunset cocktails and morning coffee on the spacious decks .( there are four decks, 3 over looking the ocean). There are several restaurants within walking distance . We also enjoyed the community pool after a day of touring . . I would highly recommend this villa , the pictures don’t do it justice.

Spectacular location!!

This is really a beautiful property! It is ultra modern and clean with very spacious bedrooms, each having their own private bathroom. Sitting on the porch overlooking the Caribbean with a cocktail is the best part of the day. The location near the Maho Shopping area, and the Porto Cupecoy area was great. There are quite a few restaurants at both of those locations. I decided to extend my stay by four days but I had to switch to a different location and it’s so disappointing after being in this beautiful ocean front property.!

Amazing stay on an mazing island

Condo was great and as advertised in pictures. Lots of space for young family. Clean. 4 balconies, 3 of which with amazing ocean views and unforgettable sunsets. Niuce pool area with a nice little poolside restaurant/bar. But the real appeal is the gorgeous beach which is exclusive to the property and the building next door. Most days there was no one on the beach except for us and felt like we had our own private paradise. Beach is literally steps away from the condo. John and Stacey were amazing property managers who were very responsive and helpful. A+ holiday.

The pictures are real!! The 3 decks that face the ocean are amazing. Every night and morning I was greeted by the sound of ocean waves. The home is spacious. I went with my two older teen children. Everyone had a room with their own bathroom which was nice. The location is great. Restaurants and a casino across the street. Maho beach is in walking distance and so are additional restaurants, casinos and a grocery store. There is a private beach at the complex but it is small and a bit of a task to get to. You have walk down some steps and a small climb up a sand dune. We did it once with no desire to go back. The cleaner took awhile to get the house ready, dryer took a long time to dry clothes with multiple runs, and one room's toilet did not have a seat cover so my daughter used the spare bathroom. The toaster did not work on one side and the fridge smelled funny. Small things but for the price I paid, I would have expected that these would not have been issues.
