Newly renovated condo with 2 TV's, WIFI, Washer & Dryer, Dishwasher, Stove, Fridge, Keurig Coffee Machine, Nespresso Machine and Microwave. One bedroom has a king size bed and the other has a queen size bed. 55" Flat screen smart TV in Living Area and 40" Flat screen smart TV in one bedroom. Large Lanai. Located on the 3rd floor (top and vaulted ceiling) and closest to the ocean in the Ocean Front Building of this quiet complex with a swimming pool. Truly Beautiful Spot. It is a legal Hawaiian rental unit (tax #W13809591-01). You will not believe the view from this condo and how close you are to the ocean. Quiet spot except for the sound of the waves...

This is an absolutely amazing property. The kind that Kauai dreams are made of. The owner, Amanda, is a lovely human who went above and beyond to help my family when we had some bumps in our plans. Sincerely appreciate her and hope to stay in this property in the future! Highly recommend!

The condo is amazing with a great beach view and is in close proximity to anything you want to do on the island. Everything you need to cook with is in the kitchen and the owners gave great info on things to do in the area. Having the beach right there is awesome with great sunrise views.

The condo is just as described. You can't get any closer to the water! The property is very nice, and we enjoyed the pool and ping pong table in the rec room. The BBQ's were top notch, and the condo had everything you'd ever need.

The beach view was unobstructed, and was a great view! The kitchen had everything we needed. We found the location to be perfect, as the Safeway was close by as well as other shopping options. In addition, we were able to get to many of our vacation destinations easily.

This is a beautiful spot. It is on the windy side of the island. But the breeze is welcoming. The Condo was very comfortable for the two of us. We really liked the view which was incredible! Having beach stuff available was really nice. Especially, the small cooler we used everyday. The shared storage closet had chairs, umbrellas ect…. Great communication with Amanda. I can see why the condo is basically booked year round.

The location was very central and convenient, and the views were stunning. We had a problem with the door lock, and it was addressed immediately. We would definitely stay there again.

Best place on Kauai

Couldn’t ask for a better place or a better host. The views are fantastic and the place had everything we needed to make for an easy, comfortable stay.

Balcony view exactly as promised. Nice view of the ocean. That said, my wife and I could enjoy the ocean from within the building through windows or sliding doors. I will be more than happy to stay here again. It's centrally located to other areas of Kauai to explore.

Great location, wonderful stay

Wonderful, centrally located, easy to access, easy to communicate with owner, very responsive for the few questions I had. Great location to walk to grocery store and restaurants. Fantastic lanai for morning coffee. We just loved our stay and look forward to returning!

Oct 24 10 day stay

Everything was great, perfect location to access all sides of island with not too long of drives. Overall property is a little older, but well kept and clean. Would recommend for anyone to go

Great communication from the host all the way through, great directions,instructions and information, right down to which coffee pods to bringWe loved the well stocked kitchen and sharp knives! Everything was exactly as pictured and stated. The view was even better in person!

You can't get closer to the water. This is truly a special place to stay. Had a wonderful time for my husband's birthday. The view from the balcony is amazing. Couldn't have asked for better.

WONDERFUL!!!

Wonderful property, can't recommend enough ! Great communication, was as listed. Perfect location, the midpoint on the island for heading North / South. We will definitely stay here again on our next Kauai visit.

We love Kauai! I have been coming to this exact complex for over 30 years, since I was a little girl… it is like coming home for our family. We are from Vancouver Island located on the West Coast of British Columbia, Canada. We were raised spending time in Kauai and are doing the same now with our children. My late father was a fly fishing enthusiast and went out every morning right in front of our place to catch bonefish, and now my husband does the same.

This was previously a time share that my family was a part of for over 20 years. When they announced they were selling it as fully renovated condos, my late father jumped at the chance to buy a piece of this beautiful, quiet place that is truly on the beach.

Qué distingue a esta propiedad

Literally right on the beach. Our condo is unique in that it has unobstructed views of the ocean. You will fall asleep to the sound of the water. Leave the condo and you're on a beautiful walking path that goes on for miles or just cross the road to shopping and Starbucks, back to your room you'll forget everything but the ocean and the beach.
