Imagine, just 10 steps to the beach! This tranquil retreat offers 2 bedrooms, including 1 king bed and 2 twin beds, plus a futon, perfect for a small group of guests. This third floor unit has vaulted ceilings, ceiling fans, and spectacular views of the ocean. It is an entirely remodeled, completely furnished condo, with modern comforts featuring quartz countertops, stainless steel appliances, a washer and dryer, and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a short walk or drive to Kapa'a Town shopping, Safeway, and excellent restaurants, and only a mile from the Coconut Marketplace. Tee off at the Wailua Golf Course, or snorkel at Lydgate State Park, both just a short drive away. Don't miss the Coconut Coast's remarkable bike path along sandy beaches and rugged cliffs. Ocean reef pools are a terrific spot for children to splash and to play. Or, enjoy our ocean front swimming pool. With free parking, it's a great place to call home base while you're away. Great ocean front property with a beautiful view. On site staff was extremely responsive to a few needs that came up and we were very appreciative.

Was a great place with a good view. Central to both sides of the island. Property was not huge but a good size for the 4 of us. Having the chairs and umbrella for the beach saved us from renting. Washer and dry was great for the sandy and muddy clothes we had. Our family had a great time. Well worth the time we were there.

We had a wonderful time during our stay at this property. The views of the ocean from the balcony are stunning, we would wake up & have coffee there every morning. The space accommodated our party of 4 perfectly & was equipped with everything we needed. Rita communicated throughout the whole booking & pre check in process. We would definitely stay here again!

A well appointed condo with an amazing view. Great location on the island. The complex was quiet and the condo had absolutely everything we needed for a comfortable one week stay. Can not recommend enough!

"Better than advertised" would be an understatement! What an incredible property. We are so lucky to have been able to spend 10 nights here. Very comfortable for 4 people, but could easily accommodate 5. Centrally located on the island and very close to daily shopping, food, coffee, desserts! The property was very clean and had all the cooking tools, beach gear and towels. They have coolers, umbrellas, ice packs, tupperware and there is a common grill and recreation area (ping pong).

This place was amazing! It is right on the beach and overlooks the pool. The condo was very clean with a stocked kitchen that needed for nothing. We especially appreciated the use of the beach toys, ice chest and games! One day a seal even came on the beach which was so exciting!

Excellent amenities nothing was missed. From pots and pans to snorkeling gear. Everything was on point. Beach was a few steps away to watch the sunrise every morning. Highly recommend this place. Place is as advertised. Clean and comfortable beds

Positively perfect property! From the accommodations to the amenities everything was phenomenal. The view is absolutely stunning. The listing is just as described. Comfy beds - extremely clean - great communication. They really thought of everything - anything we could think of that we needed was available at the unit. We appreciated the quiet and privacy of the location. It's also perfectly located on the island - close to the airport, activities and amazing food. We immediately agreed we'd definitely stay here again.

Rita was a amazing host! The condo was very comfortable and it had a great view! Many additional kitchen amenities were included like spices for cooking. This was also a great location for visiting the North or South side of the island as it's centrally located on the East side. Thanks again so much. My kids and I had a wonderful time.

Rita was very welcoming. She provided a great list of caring for the condo and what we could expect to find in the condo. She also shared a great list of things to do and places to eat. There were plenty of condiments available in the fridge and spice cabinet. And, lots of bags for the grocery story.

Location!!!!! Wow! Thankfully we were given excellent and specific instructions...not only of how to find the rental but for parking, check in, amenities, everything.Be aware that there is no AC in this specific unit, but there are so many fans and the breezes on the 3rd floor are wonderful.This unit was beautifully decorated, had things I didn't even know i might need, very comfortable (amazing bed pillows), can't say enough about the location, and was very much appreciated!Thank you for the wonderful stay.

We try to make our condo feel like home away from home, so we want to provide more than the bare essentials. Yes, no air conditioning, but you can’t beat the ocean breeze with that wonderful view.

Great place to stay. Kapa'a is centralized location on the island for those who want to head north to Hanalei or south to Poipu. Love the view from this two bedroom condo. Room is very well stocked of most necessities of home and toys for the beach. Easy parking too. Washer and dryer in the room is always a plus. Love it here. Will definitely be back in the future. Over the years, we have come to love Kauai--to relax and rejuvenate on this special part of the island. Our goal is to offer that same opportunity to experience a getaway like no other!
