You are welcome to enjoy your holiday in this Beautiful Villa, in an amazing place. The most popular vacation destination in Orlando, Florida, is Champions Gate. The Oasis Clubhouse has a lazy river, a water slide, a kids' splash park, a restaurant, a fitness center, yoga classes, a movie room, cabanas, a tiki-bar, and is very close to the villa, just a short walking distance. Don't lose the opportunity to be in Champions Gate, you have also golf, tennis, and volleyball courts.
Champions Gate is close to Disney World and also close to the major highways like US 192 and I4.
This wonderful house with 6 luxurious bedrooms, with the following distribution: 1 King bedroom downstairs, 1 King bedroom upstairs, 2 Queen bedrooms upstairs, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds, and one bedroom with two bunk beds and spacious living space, private pool and spa, fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, grill/barbecue, (I DON'T PROVIDE GAS), and more. You will have unforgettable moments with your family and friends. I am very welcome to bring my personal and excellent services anytime.
Very important to know: No smoking in the house and no pets. Pool heating is an extra and optional service. It’s $50 per day, and it can be for a minimum of 3 days. Also, it needs to be on for at least two days before arriving. The garage is not available at this time, the house has two parks in the driveway and also can park on the street.

Nice Place

Nice house in a great community. House is very basic but is priced accordingly compared to other houses in the same neighborhood. Overall a great stay and would definitely stay here again when we visit next year.

Nice Gateway

House was clean and had plenty of room for all of us and the kids loved the pool. Would recommend staying here. Great location.....close to restaurants, shopping, etc.

Great Family Vacation

Nice, quiet neighborhood. Beautiful and spacious house.

The house has a great open floor plan. The pool was wonderful for the kids. Bedrooms were spacious and accommodated 3+ families. Would definitely recommend!

Cool Place

The house is nice. Lots of space. Love the pool and hot tub although sometimes the hot tub took a little while to warm up which we paid for. But all in all great house and amenities.

Wonderful vacation

We stayed in this house for our annual girls trip. It was seven women and seven children. The house was beautiful and it had plenty of space for all of us. The location could not be beat. We were just a short walk to the oasis club. We will definitely keep this house in mind for future vacations!

Great Friend Vacation

We did have a great time at the house. Lots of amenities and the host was very gracious to let us in early. My only suggestion would to have may be a deep clean of the house, and the pool did not seem real clean at the time of arrival. All and all, great vacation

Loved the house!! It’s definitely a kid friendly house! My entire family loved it! The pool has all types of toys for the kids and the kitchen is to die for! The kitchen has everything we needed ! Coming back for sure

I’ve stayed at this house before in the past and let’s just say this time was not even comparable to the first time I stayed with my family. The floors were sticky, the counter tops in the kitchen were dirty. We had to wipe all surfaces with Clorox wipes and they were stain brown when we were done wiping. We were set to stay Tuesday to Sunday and day one the fridge would not get cold. I was in communication with the management and their answer was “ the last people who stayed there didn’t have a problem with the fridge”… I felt that was rude and somewhat telling of how the tone of the trip would be. Getting into champions gate was a task because of the long line to check in and get your tag in the system. They told us we would be good after the initial check-in but every time we left coming back the gate wouldn’t read our tag so we had to wait and get buzzed in after showing Id. Finally after 2 days they gave us a 4 digit code to open the gate to get in. The pool jacuzzi wasn’t working properly. We didn’t ask for it to be heated but we thought the bubbles would work and they did not. The AC had to be reset every hour cause it was on a timer or something to drop to 60 degrees. Had to buy wash clothes cause the place didn’t have any at all. The towels on day one were all sour smelling so we spent the first day rewashing towels and going to the store to buy linen.

Florida + Family = Fun

The house had plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our extended family of 9. The large kitchen-dining-living room area was perfect for us to hang out. The kids spent most of their time in the heated pool & hot tub. When they weren’t in the pool, they loved the upstairs living room. The owner was great to work with. She was quick to respond to texts when we had questions about how to operate the pool heater. The check in was easy. I highly recommend this property and owner.

The host was not very accommodating and the place was in fair at best condition. Not well equipped or stocked with necessities. No extra TP or PT and no soap or dishwasher detergent. When asked I was told to go get it at the store. The tub drain was plugged and the lanai and pool were dirty and not well maintained (torn screens and weeds growing up through the pavers). The size and price were right but I expected a nicer place overall.

Loved it!!!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and exactly what we expected it to be!! The only problem I had was we didn't have hot water in the kitchen. And I called twice about it and nothing got done about it..but would I stay there again???? Certainly!!!!!!

Amazing Vacation Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at this property! The house was beautifully decorated, the kitchen was fully stocked with cookware and untensils. The pool and bunk beds was perfect for our little ones. Very spacious house. This was about 10-15 mins to Disney and about 20-25 min away from Universal Studios. Grocery store was a minute away for the days we wanted to cook a nice meal for the family. Maireddy was extremely helpful and pleasant to work with from start to finish ... she made the process super easy where we booked the same day when we saw the listing! Thanks for providing a great place where we made wonderful memories with our family and friends!

Okay but VERY DIRTY

The house had a perfect layout and location. However; it needs major cleaning and updating. The towels/bedding were old and stained, the pillows were disgusting, the stair railing was broken, there were old takeout containers in the fridge, dirty dishes in the cupboard, among other things. Community was awesome, communication was easy, house was spacious. We would stay again ONLY if all the issuess were addressed - the dirtiness definitely outweighed the positives.

The house was nice, in need of updating though

Over all the house was really nice and the pool and hot tub was nice, getting in and out of hot tub is a little tricky as there’s no ladder or anything to grab onto when lowering yourself down into it or getting out of it. Hand rails on staircase were loose, I guess the biggest hassle was getting into the gate every single day, the security guards kept saying that they didn’t have the property listed as rented for the week by the homeowner and yet the host said that they did let them know that we rented it for the week.

Family getaway

The house was beautiful and had enough space for my family of 11. However, a gameroom and pool table in the garage will be a great addition. We noticed a few bugs in one of the bedrooms upstairs. The kitchen could use bigger trash bags. Lastly, drivers' names need to be registered with night security otherwise there are issues with entering the property. The QR codes don't work as the scanner lane is blocked in the evenings by Champion Gate's security.
