This villa is equipped to a very high standard and includes all modern home comforts. The family room is ready for your entertainment with a SMART 52-inch LED HDTV and blue-ray player. Bring your DVDs/Bluerays or rent movies when you are here.

Total sleeping areas are for 18 people, all in real beds, however we do find that many smaller parties enjoy the space and facilities a summer breeze has to offer.

Large living room with 3 full size couches, plenty of available seating for everyone, with a 50” HDTV LED flat screen SMART TV. Formal dining room also has a separate relaxing sitting area.

Large Full Kitchen is equipped with all new appliances, eating areas seats up to 18 people. The full size kitchen table seats 8, the formal dining room seats 6 and the kitchen breakfast bar includes 3 stools.

Fun and entertaining Art Game Room: The game room is a great hit for the kids as well as adults. It is climate controlled Air Conditioning and Heating. In the game room you will find a 42” HD TV, a top quality 8' regulation slate bed pool table, air hockey and a championship Foosball table. There is also a table and chairs so you can relax while watching the others play.

Walking through to the large open plan kitchen, dining area and family room, you will notice the light and airy feel. The sliding glass door off the kitchen which opens to the pool deck is a truly stunning area to relax. Outside in the completely covered pool area we have an extended pool deck with lots of space. This is generously equipped with furniture – loungers, relaxers and table with seating for six. Enjoy the pool or relax on the ample patio furniture enough for everyone to relax and enjoy the sun.

The pool can be heated from October until April at an additional charge per day if you would like to have to pool heated.

On a clear night you may even get a view of the Disney fireworks from here.

For the active mined vacationer, our private community has tennis courts, and a sand volleyball court. We have provided a basketball, volleyball, and 4 tennis rackets for your use.

For the golfer: There are many golf courses in the surrounding area. We have provided several complementary sets of adult golf clubs, 4 golf bags, and one youth set. Pick out a set that fits you best and enjoy.
