2 Bedroom (with King beds!) / 2 Full Bathroom downstairs condo in Legacy Villas. Unit comes with 2 covered patios, full kitchen (fully stocked with all utensils and cookware!), dining room, and living room (with fireplace).

One of the bedrooms has a private en suite bathroom, kitchenette, fireplace, private balcony, and a separate front door.

Bedrooms and Living Room have flat screen TVs, cable, Blu-ray, and Apple TV.

Iron and ironing board, extra blankets and pillows are provided.

Kitchen is outfitted with pots and pans, utensils, microwave, coffee pots, toaster and blender.

High-speed WIFI is also included.

The community has 2 large family pools with spa, 1 large adult pool with spa, and many more smaller pools and spas are all within very close proximity to our condo.

A beautiful property in the desert

This unit in Legacy Villas at La Quinta was clean, very well appointed, well maintained and welcoming. The property manager Corey was attentive and engaged but we really did not need anything as this gem had everything for which we were looking. We will definitely look to stay there again next time we go to La Quinta/Palm Springs.

Legacy Villas - La Quinta

This is a beautiful unit located on pristine grounds in a secure, gated community. Very nicely appointed, comfortable beds, quality construction, clean and well maintained. Our host, Corey, was prompt and personable with all communication. We had a very nice stay here.

This is your place: Couldn’t be better. Two separate apartments, full kitchen, king beds, two decks, Swimming pool and hot tub right across the street, clubhouse only a block away. Nice and quiet.

Great Getaway in La Quinta

This place was just what we were looking for. It was quiet, clean and well-located. My wife is a stickler for cleanliness and often "cleans-up the unit upon arrival." This was not needed here. It was already clean and just as advertised in the listing. Check-in and check-out was a breeze. We got in late because of traffic en-route, but Corey made sure we could reach him if needed and then followed up by text the next day just to make sure everything was great. We would definitely stay here again if it is available the next time we are in the area. Thanks Corey!

Birthday celebration for our son

We came for a few days to celebrate our son’s 27th birthday. We loved the location of the unit and the grass outside for our four legged family member. Perfect spot to sit outside with a glass of wine and view the mountains. Lots of wildlife and a great path to walk the dog! Corey (manager) was awesome and got back to us promptly with all we needed to check in! Will stay again down the road!

Wonderful stay

We had a great time at this property. Check-in was super easy and everything was really great in the property. We came with another couple and it was really great to have a completely separate studio that we could be when so when we wanted to have personal space we could. There’s two great patios outside and it’s so peaceful. The owner was super communicative and checked in on us. I would definitely book this place again.

This little villa is perfect in every way. Two couples can have a vacation together and feel as though they have a place together but also their own private suite. My measure of a great host is the following…is is clear how to make coffee in the morning?✅. Are the beds comfortable? ✅ is the bedding luxurious and cotton (not cheap balled up polyester?✅. Does the host check-in to see if you have any questions?✅. If these are high on your priority list then you’ll love this Villa! ;I didn’t even get to the beautiful grounds and stunning views!)

The villa and outdoor area is just as advertised: lovely and fun. The kitchen is well appointed, and the rooms spacious. Close to Old La Quinta and wonderful hiking trails. We would definitely stay here again.

Sparkling Clean Property and Great Location in the Legacy Villas!

5 Stars! Great property, location and host. I love the Legacy Villas and have stayed there many times. Being right next door to La Quinta makes dining and shopping super easy. Beds and linens were immaculate and top quality. Highly recommend Corey and his place!

Had the perfect last minute escape

Our teenager was thrilled to have her own ‘apartment’ to herself on this stay. The second bedroom is large with a king size bed, a tv, small kitchenette and ensuite. There’s also a door to separate the 2nd bedroom and gives an extra buffer for sound. The place is nicer in person than the photos portray and the property is really lovely with 12 pools and hot tubs. Grocery Shopping restaurants etc.. are a five min drive away and super easy to get to. Trader Jo’s, Target, Ulta, Fresh for smoothie bowls, and our favourite grocery store - Sprouts- it’s like whole foods but better and the staff are fabulous. Had a small problem with the coffee maker but Corey had a new one arranged by the next morning. Corey was great- replied quickly and checked in to make sure all was well. The perfect host. Would definitely stay again and have already suggested the place to everyone.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a great week at Corey’s villa over Christmas. We own a vacation property ourselves and stay at many vacation rentals (so we’re pretty picky!) and this was a fantastic place. Legacy Villas is our go to stay in the Palm Springs area for the views, the villas themselves, the amenities (many pools/hot tubs), fitness center, and walkability to old town La Quinta, with nearby hiking in LQ Cove. Our favorite things about Corey’s villa are the beautiful furniture and decor (amazing art!), the well stocked kitchen, how clean and well maintained it is, and the location (grass outside the patios for our dog and situated right on a pedestrian only walking path), We had everything we needed to cook our Christmas dinner. Thanks for a great stay Corey!

Legacy Villas is such a wonderful community! We are a small neighborhood nestled at the base of the Santa Rosa Mountains in La Quinta. From the moment you enter, you feel an enormous amount of peace come over you. The Spanish architecture pays homage to La Quinta's rich history and the aesthetics of the Waldorf Astoria's world famous La Quinta Resort, located just seconds away. The grounds, with their lush desert landscaping, beautiful fountains, citrus trees, hammock garden, and too many pools and spas to count, make you feel like you are staying at a 5-star resort but without the crowds! In addition, our very secure and gated community has 24 hour around the clock security.

Our condo is unlike so many others that are managed by third party management companies. We make sure our home has everything we would want when staying somewhere. Whether it is high-quality cooking utensils or luxurious linens and bedding... we just don't settle for mediocre. If there is ever an issue, we do our best to address it right away for our guests. We like to be proactive and take care of little problems before they turn into bigger problems, so if something isn't quite perfect, just let us know!
