The house is over 50 sqm interior with large outdoor area and garden. A patio on the sea and a pleasant garden behind make the paradisiacal location. All the sea provides a feeling of well-being and relaxation, and children can take advantage of it for their outdoor games and the beach. Even the hours of the afternoon in the garden, on the beach or under the patio is pleasant in every season for a good book or chat with friends or simply relax with a good cup of tea and maybe a good book. We are located one kilometer from the town center and a comfortable pedestrian and bike path makes it a pleasure to go to town for evening outings and for daily shopping. There is a private beach umbrella at the La Nave beach establishment which can be reached via direct access from the condominium driveway to the sea. Final cleaning and general consumption are included in the price, as are bed and bath linens. For periods longer than 7 days, weekly linen change is included in the price.
Beach service is included at the La Nave beach establishment, which is the most elegant and functional in Sperlonga. Here you will be available for free n. 1 umbrella + 2 sunbeds. The plant is in Via Salette at no. 24 and is attached to the descent to the sea of ​​the house. Few steps and you are under your own exclusive umbrella. Sperlonga City Tax
I remind you of the kind guests that in Sperlonga all the sojourn tax paid to the Municipality of Sperlonga has come into effect to improve the reception of tourists. This amount is € 1 per person per day (children under 14 are exempt) and must be paid in cash upon check-in.
Check-in extra time:
The check-in is free from 15:00 to 20:00. After hours fee will be charged for the extra check-in of € 30.00.

House Rules
The check-in time is set for 15:00 but can be flexible and if the house is free the night before your arrival, you can safely enter by 12:00. Check-out is scheduled for 10:00.
Our house is very accurate and we would like our guests to love it in the same way. The prayer is not to make annoying noises in the full respect of the near people and not to smoke in the house.
If the guest causes damage, this must be reported immediately to the person in charge of the house. The guest is responsible for any damage caused. No security deposit will be required but credit card information (no prepaid) will be requested. Damage caused will be charged even if found after check-out.
Our 4-legged furry friends are welcome only if authorized. An extra fee of € 20 per night will be required up to a maximum of € 100 depending on the extra cleaning. Maximum 2 pets are allowed.

How to reach the house
For those arriving by car, it is not necessary to enter Sperlonga but go to the sea area called Salette.
