Located in the desirable Crescent Beach section of North Myrtle Beach, our condo has a King size bed in the master bedroom, two twins in the second and queen-size bed in the third. Sleeper sofa is a queen. If three couples rent, we can move the 2 twins together to make another King Size bed. We will do the furniture moving-so ask when you book this condo. The master bedroom has its own private balcony with great sunrise and ocean views, and master bath with a whirlpool tub, and double sinks. End unit with windows on 2 sides, giving you better views.
The condo also has a fully-equipped kitchen with all the appliances you'd have at home. There is also a washer and dryer inside the unit. The dining room has a table for six with a bay window to view the beach area, and bar stools at the breakfast bar. We also have a stereo system with CD player. All the bedrooms have a flat screen TV's and DVD player in LR. Gaming systems connect for the kids. We also have a high speed wireless internet connection, so bring your laptop to check email or look for things to do in Myrtle Beach. Tourists' favorites include Barefoot Landing, where there are shops and dining galore, Tanger Outlet, Pirates Voyage, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, and more. Broadway at the Beach is just a drive away where you can find more to do and nightlife to enjoy. The complex has heated enclosed pool, for winter and open for summer season. Nice lounging area for sunning and outdoor grilling area for a family cookout. Our building also has a secured lobby and twin elevators for quick service. The Pinnacle has everything you will need to enjoy your vacation at the beach, and best of all we are close to Barefoot Landing and all of the restaurants, shopping and many amusement centers.
I always recommend getting a local newspaper to see the entertainment for the days your there. Local Owner Managed unit.

Right on the beach. Plenty of room for 7 people. Only bummer was washing machine was broken when we arrived but there was another available for use on the floor. Good location and no issues with noise.

This was a family vacation for myself, my daughter, son, daughter-in-law and three grand children. The location was phenominal! We all could do the things that interested us. Take in the view and relax, swim in the pool, enjoy the ocean and beach, etc. Communication with the host went above and beyond. He graciously kept us informed of the many activities going on in the area that we wouldn't have known otherwise. The location is quiet and peaceful yet if you want more in way of an active night life, then it's just a short drive away. It's also convenient to restaurants, and grocery stores to stock up on items.We would not hesitate to book again, and actually looking forward to doing just that!

The place was very dirty when we first arrived. The refrigerator wouldn't keep cold and was broken inside. 2 rolls of toilet paper is not nearly enough for a family of 7 for a week. Its poorly kept up for the price charged. Would not recommend staying there.

If John would have communicated we would have had a chance to satisfy him. The refrigerator has 1 cracked bottom drawer. You cannot fill refrigerator with dozens of warm items and expect instant cold. Other renters say its clean the condo is. I personally inspect before each rental.

Property was everything we wanted

Really enjoyed our stay. The view was amazing. Property was dated but very clean. It had everything we needed for a nice stay. I would stay here again.

What a wonderful vacation right on the beach! The listing does not exaggerate the view from the units’ balconies. Perfect for a quiet family vacation with so much to do and see nearby. The Building is full of friendly people and it is extremely well kept. The unit itself was perfect for six of us. To get to the beach and pool was a snap. We loved being able to cook meals at the condo and do laundry. We would definitely like to come back! The unit was absolutely fine and cute just could use a little paint and updates. We would definitely stay again. Easy check in and Ron the owner is absolutely wonderful! Kitchen is well stocked to cook meals easily.

It's not a Million Dollar View.... IT'S A TWO MILLION DOLLAR VIEW!!! Watched the sunrise and sunset several times... absolutely beautiful. Very spacious condo, kitchen had everything and more than we needed (cooked several meals there). We were more than comfortable throughout. King bed was big and comfortable. Would highly recommend staying there.... Location was perfect also.

Spring Vacation

Nicely located by the beach. Proximity to many shopping area. Owner is helpful and easy to reach. Check-in is easy. Kitchen is fully stocked. It is an end unit thus quiet. We enjoyed our stay.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay. Both balcony views are excellent. The condo was very clean. I won't have a problem renting this unit for a 3rd time.

The same person cleans this Condo after each departure. She spends two to three hours, unlike other rental management services that allow only 45 minutes for their cleaning personnel. I inspect every departure cleaning. Ron the Owner

Great family spot

This is a great place to take your family and we had a great time. Plenty of room in the condo and if something isn’t right the owner will help get it right. It’s kind of a smaller condo complex so elevator access and parking isn’t a big hassle. Easy quick beach access. For a family trip it was a great place to stay and honestly for the money I don’t know how you could beat it.

The bedding is Hotel grade. Bedding has 57 grades. Impossible to satisfy all.

On the Beach and Humidity very high, the A/C A Coil has a tendency to Freeze up and Stop working from Continuous Running. It is recommended to set thermostat at 76 plus. We allow down to 72. Mine at home here is set at 77. When you get too much Sun, 68 might not be cool enough. The AC Filter is changed every 2 weeks to help maximum air movement. Additional return air vents have been added to this Condo. Several units have ac shut down switch on windows and doors when left open. This unit does not. The D.O.E. recommends 78 degrees for Air Conditioning.

A wonderful trip!

The view is absolutely beautiful! We were able to meet Ron when we got to the condo. He was so helpful and told us about some of his favorite places to visit while at the beach. The condo was extremely clean which is very important to us! Well stocked kitchen utensils, pots etc. We loved the condo. We look forward to our next stay at the condo.

Impossible to have each bed matched to a renter. Their are 45 plus different mattress types of firmness. Ours are standard Hotel Standard. Regards

The Pinnacle Oceanfront 3 bedroom is my favorite in North Myrtle Beach SC.
Moving to the area in 2000 was one of my better decisions. I enjoy the area and the Ocean.

If you gave me a Million Dollars, I could not get you a better view of the Ocean.
This Oceanfront condo is larger than others because it is on the end of the building. This also gives you windows on three sides and allows for more sunshine. Others seem more like a motel with only one view outside.

All my rentals include Linens (sheets and bath towels), Maid clean up on departure.
We do not charge a travel insurance fee, a non refund damage fee, nor do we charge a agreement writing fee.
A Damage Deposit or Credit Card is required.
When asked we will move the 2 twins together making it a King Bed in the 2nd bedroom.
Asigned agreement is required.
