Unlike other homes that are miles away from town, we are 1 block from the world Famous Rosarito Beach Hotel. This makes everything within walking distance from the compound, like the best Restaurants, clubs, stores shopping the beach it's all within your reach just a few blocks away. The yellow cab terminal is one block away, the buses run up and down the main Blvd. one block away, horse rentals one block away, quads and side by side rentals one block away and more important the entrance to the compound from the main toll road is... you guessed it, one block away.

Great for Large Groups

We had a great time, spent most of the time in the pool. Wish the weather was warmer, unfortunately we scheduled same weekend as Hurricane Hillary.

Great time.

It was great. Had a lot of fun and the out door bathrooms really help for less indoor traffic after the pool.

Weeknd get away

Birthday celebration

The house is centrally located to everything house is set for big groups and party house not the case here if your planning a party this is not the house unless you end it by 10pm no noise whatsoever neighbors complain. Thankfully for me I was able to speak with owner Hector who was able to accommodate the time for me since. I had already booked the home & hired a group months before I knew of neighbor complaints Overall had a great time thank you Hector 😊

Spacious house with hot tub and pool!

Loved that the house was a walking distance from all the clubs, local stores and beach! Very spacious patio and grill area. Not only is there a hot tub and pool, but there are several bathrooms outside the pool area. Will definitely book again in the future.

Spacious

Ed was cool.met us the first day and showed us all the amenities. Place was great. Patio was perfect for my party. Location was awesome. Just a short walk to the main strip and the beach.

Safe and spacious

We went down for a place we could lay out by the pool by the day and walk to bars and night life at night. This property was perfect for our needs.

End of Summer Trip With the Family!

Had a great time during our stay! Had plenty of room for our kids and two other couples. Spent much of the time in the perfect-sized pool and cooking on the industrial-grade grill and range outside. Ideal location for culture vultures like us; across the street from the beautiful Rosarito Beach Hotel where we enjoyed the annual Surf & Music festival, just up the road from the famous Puerto Nuevo, and within walking distance to some of the best food we have had while in Mexico (including Indian food at Baja Bombay!). Hector and Ed were perfect hosts and we will return! Thank you for the hospitality!

Best place ever

This was the best house I ever rented in all these years I been going to Rosarito. Best place ever. Has lots of space for 20 people. The pool, Jacuzzi, and the house are really nice, we even had a personal Chef!! Had lots of fun and just few block away from everything really convenient.. For sure we will rent it again.

Great Trip

This place was amazing! the pictures don't do it justice. It's huge, perfect party house. Ed was super friendly and helpful. We had about 17 of us and it was the perfect size for our group. We'll definitely be back!

Hector and Ed were extremely communicative, the property was well kept in an excellent location

Everything about the experience was great. Hector showed us around the property and made sure we were comfortable with everything it had to offer as well as all of the local spots. It was great for our group and the location was perfect for what we were looking for. Will definitely try to get back down there!

Great Stay and very accomodating

We planned a trip for my 30th birthday. We figured the place would be perfect for a bunch of us to stay and were attracted by the number it said could sleep there (it easily fit all 20+ people). We were very pleasantly surprised by how nice the house was and they're continuously doing work on it between stays so I wouldn't be surprised if it's nicer and nicer each time. We'll definitely be going back again soon.

Beautiful and spacious house for big groups.

Great party house in an excellent location. The home was recently renovated with a large patio, hot tub, fire pit, large outdoor cooking area. We had a large group of 15 people. The house is in a quite and safe neighborhood just a few blocks from downtown Rosarito and the beach. The owners Ed and Hector were extremely helpful and communicative throughout the process.
