Enjoy this clean and comfortable FIRST FLOOR unit with parking right out front (One of the few in Port Clinton). No hassle of climbing stairs. Pool and Hot Tub across from Condo. This condo sleeps 5 and has 2 bedrooms and 2 bath. One queen bed in master bedroom which has its own bathroom and a bunk bed that is a full on bottom and twin on top in second bedroom. Mattresses were replaced in 2022. There is also a queen size pull out sofa bed. The condo overlooks the Portage River and is walking distance to Jet Express, fishing charters, beach, jet ski rentals, downtown Port Clinton and several restaurants and night life. Enjoy your morning coffee or evening beverage on the back deck watching the boats pass in the harbor. The complex has a beautiful pool and hot tub with plenty of pool chairs, playground, picnic tables and gas grills. This condo is a great place to stay for your couples getaway, weekend with friends and family vacations!

Perfect location for day trips to the islands. 5 minute walk to Jet Express and 15 minute drive to Millers Ferry. Bike trails 15 minutes away at East Harbor State Park

Port Clinton is known as the walleye capital of the world, with great fishing during the spring, summer and fall. Plenty of walk on charter boats are within walking distance from Condo.

The condo was the perfect size for our family of 4. Kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi everyday - the pool was incredibly warm. The property grounds are well maintained. Was not very busy during the week. Enjoyed watching the gulls, heron, ducks and rabbits from the back patio. Port Clinton is probably not a return destination for us but really enjoyed nearby Marblehead Island, the Safari Park (you will get scratches on your vehicle in the drive through portion but still worth the trip), and the Orchard restaurant. Owner was very responsive when we had a question for him. Local neighbors that live in the condos were all very friendly.

Highly recommend!

We absolutely loved our stay! It was our first time in Ohio and it was beautiful! Loved the property on the lake. All the neighbors were friendly! Very clean property and stocked with everything we could have needed. Port Clinton is such a cute area And only a short drive from Sandusky.

Very nice place!! Had everything we wanted/ needed. The mattress on the bottom bunk was a little rough. Could use another tv but wasn't a big deal. We were very pleased overall. The views were amazing and convenient to everything!! I would difenitely recommend!!

Great location for Biggest Week Birding Festival

Peace and relaxation at every angle!

Being right on the water the weather is breezy and very nice! Pool is right out front door. This host is the most responsive I’ve met!! Five stars just for him. The condo was really great with everything anyone could need on a 3-day getaway.

Ohio 70.3

This was a perfect location for us to stay for the Ohio 70.3 Ironman Triathlon. Just a short 20 ish minute drive into Sandusky on race morning and away from all the chaos of the race venue. Would recommend for this event, or any other time visiting the greater Sandusky area.

Lovely property

Overall we all enjoyed are stay there. The location was good. Property is well kept, and the view from the living room and the deck is fantastic. We would definitely go back.

Terrific Spot!

I took my family here for a short vacation and I was very impressed. The boat dock outside the back doors was really a treat. The pool was superb. This is exactly what we were looking for and I'm glad we found it. Not to mention the owners were extremely accommodating and responsive to our needs. Thank you so much for the wonderful experience.

Perfect Location

Matt was really easy to communicate with. He even notified us the June midges might be there and left a blower for the deck area. The bugs were gone before our visit but such a nice gesture from him. We enjoyed the deck overlooking the marina every morning while drinking our coffee and in the evening while sipping a glass of wine. Very nice quiet community. The pool area looked inviting but we didn’t have time to enjoy it. The condo was well stocked with everything we needed.

Condo needs update on vrbo

I was disappointed in the condo itself. There were so many missing blinds that when closed them for the evening we didnt feel private. The cabinets were loose and didnt shut completely, the furniture was uncomfortable and the kitchen faucet was so loose it was hard to get cold or hot water. What we really enjoyed was the radio. But we had a great time despite the condo. The pool was great!

Great location and amenities

This condo is in a great location on West Lakeshore Drive, with great views overlooking the Harborside marina and convenient access to the lake just across Lakeshore Drive. There is not much of a beach directly across from the condos, but a short walk in either direction will lead you to a small, but sandier stretch of beach. We especially enjoyed sitting outside on the deck in the morning, watching the shore birds and boats come and go from the river. There is a nice pool and hot tub area just across from the condo, complete with lounge chairs, patio tables, shelter house, and grill station. There are restaurants and bars within easy walking distance of the condo (1/2 mile or less). Be aware that most restaurants in PC close early on weeknights and most of the bars stop serving food at 9 or 10 PM -- so, if you are hungry, you may want to call ahead to make sure they are still serving food. Within the condo itself, the furnishings are bit outdated and the beds leave a lot to be desired, but the place was otherwise clean and well-equipped with all that we needed for a pleasant long weekend (or longer) stay. The kitchen is reasonably well-equipped, although some of the pots and pans have seen better days. There are 2 TVs (one in the living/dining room, one in the master) and free wifi internet. There is even a stacked washer/dryer in one of the bathrooms, although we didn't have occasion to use it. The owner was pleasant to deal with via email and text. He was very accommodating when we had a slight change in our travel plans that had us arrive and depart a day earlier than we had originally planned. We would definitely consider staying here again and would recommend it to friends and family -- if only they would upgrade to more comfortable beds.

EXCELLENT CONDO IN PORT CLINTON, OHIO HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO ALL!

OUR STAY IN MATT'S CONDO WAS SUPERB, AND WE HAD ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING WE COULD POSSIBLY ASK FOR. MATT WAS A GREAT HOST, AND HE HAD THE UPMOST IN PROFESSIONALISM. EVERYTHING ON HIS LISTING, IS EXACTLY WHAT HE SAYS THE CONDO IS. THE OWNER CARES ABOUT HIS RENTERS, BECAUSE IT DEFINITELY SHOWS. THE AREA AROUND THE CONDO HAS ALL THE AMENITIES, FOR YOUR EVERY NEED. AND THE NEIGHBORS WERE VERY FRIENDLY, AND THE LOCATION IS RICH IN HISTORY. PORT CLINTON, OHIO IS, THE WALLEYE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD. WHICH WE DID ENJOY SOME FISHING FOR WALLEYE, WHILE WE VISITED PORT CLINTON. OUR BIGGEST WALLEYE WAS 14 POUNDS AND 32 INCHES LONG. ONE OF MANY FISH, THAT WE CAUGHT. WE ALSO TOOK OUR FILLETS OF WALLEYE'S, TO A LOCAL RESTAURANT CALLED JOLLY ROGERS. AND THEY PREPARED OUR FILLETS FOR US, TO EAT THERE AND ENJOY AT A VERY MODEST PRICE. ALSO DURING OUR STAY WE WENT TO A CLEVELAND CAVALIERS GAME, AND HAD A BLAST AT QUICKEN LOANS ARENA DURING OUR STAY WHILE ON SPRING BREAK. AND WAS ONLY A LITTLE OVER AN HOUR DRIVE, TO GET TO THE GAME IN CLEVELAND. AND IT IS ALSO A SHORT DRIVE TO SANDUSKY, OHIO TO ENJOY CEDAR POINT AMUSEMENT PARK. IF YOU WANT A GREAT CONDO TO STAY IN, THIS IS THE ONE FOR YOU. WE WERE AT THE CONDO DURING EARLY SPRING, AND DID NOT GET TO ENJOY THE GREAT LOOKING POOL. BUT WE WILL ARE PLANNING A RETURN TRIP, DURING THE WARMER MONTHS. TO BE ABLE TO ENJOY, WHAT WE COULDN'T DO DURING OUR STAY. This Condo has been in the family for over 25 years. I have always enjoyed coming up to the lake to fish, boat, swim and trips to the islands so when my parents decided they were moving to Florida, I decided to purchase it from them and give my kids the opportunity to enjoy the lake, like I have had. My kids are 11 and 12 years old and at that age they are involved in anything and everything so we do not get up to the lake as often as we would like so that is why we decided to rent it out when were not able to use it rather than it sit idle.

It is a First floor unit with parking right in front of the unit (one of the few in Port Clinton). Minimal steps to access condo. It has 2 Bedrooms and 2 baths. Furnished Kitchen. Great Pool and Hot tub. You can enjoy your morning coffee sitting out back on the deck that overlooks the harbor/ Portage river The complex is maintained very well. Harbor Side is located close to everything, restaurants, beach access, Jet express, Downtown Port Clinton, Cedar point, East Harbor State Part, and Camp Perry. Note there is no parking any type of trailer on property and no dockage for guests within property.
