Steps to the beach, hot tub, sand toys, families love this house.

On the Beach, with a few steps to the sand, night beach fires, hunt for agates & glass floats, tide pool exploring, fly kites and wave jumping. Beautifully and thoughtfully renovated 1920s craftsman beach house. Dining table overlooks the beach and is large for games, meals and whale watching . Comfy new furnishings and mattresses with pretty new kitchen island block. Tide Pools are a 5 minute walk in the sand. Just a short walk to the casino via the beach! 5 bedrooms with king, queens and singles so that everyone can have their own bed. Enjoy the 15 foot Stone, Gas fireplace, beamed ceilings, hand crafted molding and wood work. Large, secluded patio opens to fenced yard, hot tub overlooking beach . 4 cars and 10 guests at Stairs to the Sea, including visitors.
Please avoid leaving single night gaps during Spring Break, June, July & August.

Rates are not posted beyond 1 year out from todays date.

It was awesome beach access with a warm cabin like feel to the home. Great property for the money, will definitely stay again.

We had our family vacation here and it was the perfect location and the home fit us beautifully. The kitchen was well equipped to cook family meals and living area was cozy. The view is absolutely spectacular and the small yard made it extra fun for all of the grandchildren.The homeowner was professional and easy to work with and we would most definitely recommend this rental to another family.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This house is the total convince package. It will meet everyone's needs. large windows with the best views, hot tub for warming up, and no need to pack up all the gear of the beach because you are literally steps from it. We loved this house. The only problem we had was with the fridge but got it remedied right away.

Loved this property and location! The house has a really nice section of beach and of course the easy access was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. Most of the house and major things (sheets, towels, dishes) seemed clean but we did find some trash under and around several of the beds. Other than that, everything was great!

Beautiful view, lots of windows! Loved being right on the beach. House was clean, beds and furniture were very comfortable. Showers are very small, but that was a minor issue. Highly recommend this house!

I loved this place! Very accommodating and easy to enjoy. The beds were comfortable and the beach really is just steps away! Will most definitely stay here again and the guests I had with me want to book for their families too!

The location right on the beach is what makes this property! It’s an older, rustic cabin like feel. The stove top is a little finicky with the heat and there was construction across the street. But being right on the beach is amazing and the house was clean with plenty of beds for everyone. We enjoyed our stay.

The views and access to the beach from this place are amazing! It is a perfect spot for large groups/families with the many bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and well-equipped kitchen. Host was responsive.

This location is perfect, and the house has plenty of room for everyone!! Nice pictures that show the history of the house as well. Location is close to stores and town but you feel like you are way out on a beach. Thank you!

We loved being right on the beach! The large picture windows in the living room and dining room offer spectacular views. Enjoyed the cabin feel of the home. Very cozy yet spacious and comfortable for all nine of us. We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay very much. My elderly parents were able to walk out to beach easily at this location. We were all able to enjoy the beach and watch beautiful sunsets each night.

We really enjoyed our stay! The location and views were fantastic, and the house had everything we needed for our trip. It was comfortable and served our purpose well. There were a few minor cleanliness issues- some dust on the beams going down the stairs, stains in the refrigerator, and a dirty microwave - but overall, it was a great place, and we'd stay here again.

Thanks for the great review of Stairs to the Sea. I have not heard ever of cleaning issues. It's a 1st and will be the last because I the owner will check that fridge is wiped and micro also. Dusting is a constant with all the beautiful woodwork. I'll check that too. Thanks for staying.

We had a wonderful time with family and the kitchen allowed for us to make meals together. The easy access to the beach and hot tub helped make this house perfect for our family vacation.

Great Space for Work Retreat

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We are a small department, with five members, and used this home for a work retreat. We each had our own rooms, used the cozy living room for work and meetings, and enjoyed the dining table for evening meals together. We also loved the hot tub for cocktail hour and the beach for work breaks. It was a very quiet, peaceful, and productive time watching the waves and getting work done.

The location and ocean view is amazing. I particularly like the rustic interior of this location. Host was great to work with and we loved our stay!
