We stayed here for 10 nights and really loved the home. The yard is beautifully landscaped, private and the pool is great. We were looking for a peaceful escape and this home delivered it. Easy beach access and all amenities in the area.

An amazing place to stay! Perfect for a beach escape, with the quiet beach just a quick walk away. It has everything you need, a lovely pool, is impeccably clean, perfect layout, comfortable beds, and feels very safe in a great location. We only wish we could have stayed longer!

We have stayed at several houses and this kitchen was so well equipped. We called the host once when one of the beach chairs broke due to rust. The next day we received two new beach chairs. The house is in a great location. There was a family of monkeys at the end of the street enjoying the mangos. The landscaping was beautiful and the backyard was full of birds, iguanas and butterflies. Very relaxing.

Thank you for staying at our place. We spend a lot of time cooking there so having a well equipped kitchen is important to us too. You gotta love those monkeys and mangos. One bit and they drop it for other animals to eat.

House was very clean, pool was great and easy access to the beach. I thought the pool might be too shady but it gets great sun and the shady back porch was nice as the weather was very hot. Great stay overall!

We loved the place, the pool was perfect for our kids. We had a great time. The location was close to the beach and restaurants. We would definitely stay there again!

This place was everything that we needed. Kitchen was well stocked for preparing meals. The pool was a stand out and the backyard landscaping was lovely. Easy walk to the beach and local restaurants...We loved Puro coffee! Overall, this place exceeded our expectations, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommend!

Great spot with an amazing private (and quiet) pool, and an easy walk to the beach. Perfect for our family of 3, but also would have scaled comfortably for up to 5 or 6 people. Beach access is across the street and roughly 100m away. The beach itself is also quiet - a HUGE contrast to the tourist swarmed Tamarindo. Close to a great scuba dive center, restauarsnts, sodas, markets, and other amenities.

Everything was great! From check in to check out. The house was lovely & would be very likely to book again. Great location for beach fun, wonderful food. The property management was amazing at answering any questions we had. Can wait for our next trip back.

Host was great. The villa was great and well fitted out with everything we needed. Love the pool. The garden was amazing beautiful flower’s security was excellent. The location was perfect. The whole family loved it.

This is a great property! It’s well stocked, well kept and very enjoyable place to stay! The kitchen had everything we needed for light cooking. It was very clean and comfortable. The lanai and pool were perfect for relaxing days! The owner was very responsive to questions before our trip, and the property manager was helpful and accessible during our stay. Also, the owner provided lots of very helpful I information about the property and the local area. We highly recommend this property!

This was a gem that had absolutely every comfort of your own home. Beach chairs & towels, to-go cups, every kitchen utensil, basic spices, flashlights and more and more. Communication was seamless with owners and property mgmt company. And the pool is larger than it appears in the pictures - it was perfect.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this home in Playa Potrero. From the moment we arrived, it exceeded our expectations. The property is beautifully maintained, with lush, well-designed gardens that create a peaceful and private atmosphere. The pool was a highlight for us and quickly became part of our daily routine, it’s perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach.The house itself is very spacious, even for just the two of us, and never felt cramped. Everything was comfortable, clean, and thoughtfully laid out. We especially appreciated the beach toys and gear provided at the house, which we used almost every day and made our beach time even more enjoyable.This home truly felt like a retreat, and we wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. We highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Great property!
The property was fantastic! Had every item you would need for a wonderful stay. The pool was perfect during the afternoons when the beach was too hot. All the restaurants you would need and markets walking distance.

Lovely Home
We enjoyed our stay, the home was clean and everything was very well maintained. The roof did appear to need some work, but it didn't impact our visit.

relaxation!
My husband and I stayed here for the second time and so enjoy the home! We love how close it is to the beach and local restaurants. The place is very clean and comfortable and we absolutely LOVE the pool! Thank you for an awesome stay! We hope to be back again next year!

I first visited Potrero in February 2015, and from the first view of the bay from Las Brisas Bar, and throughout my week here, it felt right. There is a laid-back, authentic, quiet, and friendly feeling to this place that is so refreshing.
