Andrew, I appreciate you taking time to review your stay at the condo and am happy to hear you had a wonderful visit. The weather when it's actively snowing can be a little treacherous, but fortunately our condo is on a bus route, so they do a great job of keeping the road clear. There are 2 routes up Wildernest hill, so keep in mind staying on the bus route (Ryan Gulch Rd) will be the safer drive.

Thank you for taking the time to review your stay. Unfortunately this year in the middle of peak ski season the condo association switched insurance providers. This switch required all gas and charcoal grills to be removed from the patios. We were notified mid-season and given very little notice. The deadline for removing the grills was February, just before your visit. We had tenants already booked through the rest of the season and I didn't think to notify everyone that the grill would not be there. I do apologize for that. I know we discussed everything on the phone once you arrived, but I wanted to share it here as well. Since your visit we have replaced the wine opener and we have purchased an approved electric grill for the patio. Again I do apologize that this grill switch affected your family's birthday dinner plans.

Thank you Don for taking the time to review your visit! As a long term guest, we really appreciate all the helpful feedback on the unit. It is because of your concerns that we purchased a new coffee maker, overhauled 2 of the toilets and made repairs to the kitchen sink. As we are not always there, it is extremely helpful to us when renters report problems and/or areas for improvement. We look forward to having you back again and again. We are happy that our place has become your home away from home in the mountains.

Dave, I'm so sorry that it didn't work out for you and your family that flew in from AZ for this ski trip. It turns out that you didn't have to leave Denver to get sledding on the vacation agenda. Please keep us in mind for the next time and I'm crossing my fingers that a blizzard won't interfere with your travel plans. You were a pleasure to work with and I'm sure we can find some future dates to host you and your family.

Madison, thank you for taking the time to review our place. I sincerely apologize about the door being a problem and I do appreciate you letting me know upon your arrival. It was reported by a renter before you, but I was under the impression the issue was fixed and therefore didn't anticipate any further problems. Immediately following your stay, I had a handyman in there to properly repair the door. Regarding the beds, I will take a look at this for future improvements.

Suzanne, I sincerely apologize for the problems with the lockbox. Since your visit we have installed a digital lock on the door and access has been much more streamlined. I appreciate you taking the time to review your stay with us!

I'm so sorry about the hot tubs not being available during your visit. It was because of COVID that they remained closed for the entire season this year. You are right that I should have updated the listing with this information. We were hoping that the virus would have stabilized enough to reopen. It was constantly being reevaluated, but unfortunately never happened. I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed your visit and I hope you can come back to stay with us again!
