Enjoy this 'Home Away From Home' with your family. Second floor end unit 205 on 44th Street with Ocean and Bay views. Updated each off-season: kitchen appliances - new 2021, granite counter tops, cabinets, tile floors, carpet, washer and dryer and bathrooms. New mattresses in 2022. New sofa with reclining seats added in 2022. New carpeting 2019. Linens are NOT provided. Building has an elevator for easy access. There is a large indoor pool open from May to October which was updated 2019.
Master bedroom with a king bed opens to a large balcony with an ocean view. Bathroom in master and second bathroom In main hallway. Second bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. Third bedroom has a queen bed and twin bunk beds. All 3 bedrooms have TV's and the large family room has a TV/VCR/DVD.
There are 2 assigned parking spaces and a storage locker for your beach gear.
Watch the sun rise and set from your private balcony. The perfect place to enjoy the Beach!!
Renting to responsible seniors at a different rate than families with security deposit and parental signatures.
Weekend rates available during off season,

Great short walk to the beach and a partial view of the ocean

Very comfy place with plenty of room and very close to the beach you can sit on the balcony and people watch or look at the ocean. Nice pool kids loved it open from 10am till 8pm

Overall great, but a few hiccups

Overall it was nice however there were a few issues. The doorknob to the screen door kept coming off on our hands, the knob for the shower came off when we tried to turn on the master shower and there were no batteries in the smoke detector (which he did come and add). We also had to print off our parking passes...we don't have a printer so we had to run to Staples (every other place we stayed at they were on the kitchen counter for us) and he required more cleaning from us then at checkout any other place I've ever stayed. For the price we paid I would expect everything to be in proper working order and I would expect less work on our end while we are on vacation.

Spacious, updated, great location

Condo looks just like the photos, very clean and updated unit. 6 adults had plenty of space. Great location with nearby restaurants and attractions and also a block to the beach. Having both ocean and bay views on deck was a great feature. Beds were comfy too. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful house and location was perfect

The house is exactly as listed. We were there for a dance competition at the convention center so the location was perfect. The beach is just steps away and tons to do close by. We’d definitely stay again and recommend. You can tell they take great care of their place and he is easy to reach if needed.

Loved our stay here ! The unit was exactly as described - clean, nicely decorated and comfortable (the coach is amazing). Great location close to the beach. Mark is a very responsive owner too !

Can't Recommend Enough

We had an awesome time at Mark's place in Ocean City Maryland. It accomated our large group comfortably and at an extremely affordable price. Mark was readily available for any questions we had and everything was as advertised. We will be staying with Mark again on future OCMD trips. Highly recommend.

Weekend Trip for Competition

This condo was exactly what we were looking for! We came into town for a cheer competition at the convention center. There were 4 adults and 3 kids and the space fit us perfectly! We were within walking distance to the convention center, the beach and a ton of places for restaurants or shopping.

Such a nice place

We have stayed here a few times and really enjoy it each time. It’s very spacious and this year there were a ton of updates and the place is gorgeous.

Condo was not cleaned when we arrived. Seems there was a miscommunication with the cleaning service.

Nice condo, great location. However, money expected on time but security deposit (not a huge amount) not received to date and this is day 38 since we departed. Have inquired about the security deposit but no answer as of today.

Great location and condo floorplan

There were many positives to this rental...updated kitchen and open floorplan, deck that is the width of the condo (you can see the ocean and bay). Three bedrooms with comfortable beds and the ability to accommodate a large family. The condo had everything you may need on your beach vacation. Two designated parking spots also a bonus! The main con was that the unit was not very clean when we arrived (open food remained in cabinets, trash was found under the sofa). I had shared these concerns with the owner so she could address them with her cleaning crew.

The house was a great place to stay for our girls weekend especially since we stayed in most of the time due to the bad weather that weekend. Super spacious although there was some damage, but nothing that affected our stay and the property was beautiful! There was some food residue from the previous people, but nothing crazy and everything else was pretty clean. Alice was also great with communicating to me. She called me the morning of us going down to tell me they found out that their fridge unfortunately broke and they were unable to replace it in time. She gave us the option to cancel with a refund or just a night refund and we could still go up. We (obviously) still chose to go and like I said, we had a great time and she even let us check in early because of the inconvenience. If you have a large party I’d recommend going especially since it was such a great location and walking distance from a lot of great places.

Condo By the Beach

Our family really enjoyed renting this property. There were 12 of us (6 adults and 6 children) and we were very comfortable there! We really appreciated the bunk beds in 2 of the rooms, the large/open living room area with plenty of room for all, and the pool! The property was exactly as listed... thank you for a wonderful week!
